Great Search Tool
Straightforward. Easy to use. I love that they automatically create a profile for you so that it's easy to track what cars you have looked at or asked for information about. Made the car search way easier to organize.

The car for us
We filled in the information for the car that we were interested in and they sent the information to the dealer and when we called they had the info, so we could make plans to look at the car the next day. I do have one suggestion that you remind people to have their information with them that they need to get a loan.

Recent Vehicle Purchase
Just used CarSoup to find a vehicle. I was interested in one I saw on their website and immediately emailed and responses from both CarSoup and the dealer were almost instantaneous. I had never heard of CarSoup before and was doing a general google of trucks for sale under a specific price point and CarSoup came up as a option. I am so glad I clicked on it. I thought Autotrader was the main vehicle finder but now I will also definitely use and recommend CarSoup.

Found a new Cruz!
This website was really helpful. I was looking for Chevy Cruzs only with a sunroof. There were very few in my price range but I ended up finding one within 90 miles of me for a great price! Would highly recommend Car Soup :)

Beware
I would pay to use carsoup.com if they included the Carfax reports. Beware of private sellers who say crap like "don't waste my time". Found a great looking deal on a used CRV - paid $70 to get 5 CarFax reports, and found that this one was a rebuilt car from a total loss - turned out to be way overpriced.

A must have when looking at or research on any vehicle
I was able to look at several vehicles from the comfort of my livingroom recliner (laptop computer), print off a few reference copies of a couple of trucks and also send them to my cellphone for looking at the pictures again in color if needed...THANKS :-)

Was helpful
It was easy to maneuver the site. Finding used cars in my area is a huge hassle for me. They are spread to far our from each other. It can be overwhelming and time consuming. A friend mentioned Carsoup.com. I figured it would be just another site. It was easy to find the type of car I was searching for, see their inventory. This site saved me a lot of extra time calling around and extra gas driving around.
I would recommend Carsoup.com to people in my situation.

Excellent response from ad
Experience was very satisfactory. I had to ask for CS to make one correction in the ad in an area that was not accessible to me. Correction was made within 24 hours with an e-mail response to confirm that it was done correctly. I only have good things to say about Car Soup.

A facade of integration
Terrible luck actually getting a dealer to respond. Seems like Carsoup's bots just tell you the seller will be in touch and nothing further happens.

When you say you would like a menu to enter what you are looking for, what is it that you are searching for that you could not find? You can add search filters as you go or you can use our advanced search feature to narrow the search results. You can also sign up for a "My Garage" and save vehicles that you are interested in so you can quickly find them later and compare your favorites. Do any of those features help with the issues you were experiencing, or is there still other functionality that you feel is missing?
