CastleView Group Avis 

They advertise jobs on c.v library when you apply for them they say you have to do a week long cause before you can apply and after that they will send you a link out for the jobs with a guarantee of an interview the only problem is this
the links don't work and there is no job and this was only to work as a picker for Amazon

I attended a week long training course which was supposed to lead to employment with Amazon in the warehouse. Frankly, I cannot believe the glowing reviews. The course, entitled "Customer service" was inappropriate for the manual workers who naturally formed the clientele. My tutor's name was Paul Bond. He was a nice guy but his approach was slapdash. The "guaranteed job" failed to materialise. I would advise anyone to steer clear of CastleView Group and, if this was Amazon's general method of recruitment, to steer clear of Amazon too.

This company made a understandable good trainings.

Before Christmas I got a call saying I've been picked out for an interview for GXO Logistics in huddersfield moldgreen but need to attend a 3 day training course which after Il be straight in for the interview. 2 day of the course I find out there isn't a gxo in moldgreen its in brighouse this was my first red flags because how can u mix up the 2 is beyond me. Finished the course and got a call from the from castleview saying il be in on Monday for and interview which by Friday turned into a phone call interview then nobody rang me so I chased and chased it up couldnt get through to them What's so ever . A week went by and still didn't hear anything so I rang and rang like 50 times literally until eventually someone answered but it wasn't a pleasant call , some woman absolutely grilled me like a burger and put cheese on top, told me to never contact them again 🙃 I was so discombobulated by what just happened but lucky I git some cash in hand work before Christmas so my kids luckily had a wonderful Christmas. Fast forward into April I gets a phone call (guess who from 🤣)
Saying my CV has been picked out off Indeed and the employers really impressed with it would I like an interview for Buy it direct so thought yeah I am interested why not ,il find out about more detail the next day with a phone call and email off the employer I said brilliant
It's now May the 8th and havnt heard nothing at all
KEEP AWAY FROM CASTLEVIEW AND PATH2SOLUTIONS!!!
Especially if u suffer with mental health! Really not good for u

I have been attending the course for last 7 days and I found to be very informative I'm trying to understand the best of my ability . I fail to understand how its going to help me with finding new job. Could you please explain further.

Great trainers had a fun experience had learned a lot the trainers paul bond and Charlotte jhonson were great to helping me a achieve getting the level 2 degree and the others I was learning with was great aswell would definitely recommend doing this if you need help getting a job

I had an amazing experience at this course with Paul Bond ! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly and helpful. Paul and Charlotte made the whole process smooth, ensuring I everyone feel comfortable through the course been amazing week Thank you.

I attended the training course this week which I found quite informative and helpful,Paul and Charlotte who where the trainers made the process easier to understand and made the course very enjoyable.the only downside was that the job I applied for which resulted in me being on the course I wasn’t offered an interview as was stated would happen.

Paul bond was very clear polite this couse entertaining learn alot of green house gases

I attended a course by CastleView, my tutor, Paul Bond was extremely informative, patient and knowledgeable on the subject he was teaching us, I found the course really engaging and I thoroughly enjoyed the 7 days.

The tutors are very paichent and approachable and friendly, and very good at teaching, so well done to the both of them paul and charlotte, big thanks

Do NOT engage with these people, they send you on irrelevant courses promising a job starting the following week upon completion, that never happens! My mum was meant to start work on Tuesday, following the course she competed (wasted time as it had nothing to do with the role she applied for, even the teacher was confused as to why she was there), we called the company she meant to work for and they had no vacancies going or any idea of who she was! Castle View Group hasn't replied to my mum's emails since then, nor could she get through to them on the phone. She turned down another job during the process, she could have started by now, as the Castle View employee reassured her that she had a job through them. My mum is now unemployed without any prospects for another role as the positions elsewhere are now filled! Please stay away from them!

The training course provided was very relivent and well presented. Our tutor Paul Bond was extremely helpful throughout ensuring the whole group's needs where met and on track to obtain the qualification.

Castle view after care is excellent, working alongside learners throughout the entire process up until employment is achieved.

I attended the training course held by Paul Bond, I found it very informative and engaging, being older I was worried about being in a “classroom” setting but Paul and the group were all very nice.

I attended the group on the 23rd and I can 100% say it was worth it. Our tutor Paul was amazing he made the whole experience worth while. Wonderful course amazing tutor and a brilliant experience

Just a set of liars. Don’t fall for the spiel. They’ll never ever get you a job. They’re that clumsy they’ll even invite you to the exact same course you’ve already completed with them not even 3 whole months ago. Just apply for places like Asda, Tesco, Iceland, Morrisons etc. go that route. Get a permanent contract with those guys and do not waste time travelling to any course they insist you may do. The course consists of you in a class room building a bridge out of LEGO and making posters, talking to your “ classmates” about said posters. It’s pathetic. No job. No communication. They do indeed earn from you attending the course and this is all they’re really after. I completed their course on 3 separate occasions in the last 11 months. I do this as I find it funny just to expose their lies. Horrible company and I’d rather be penniless and homeless than work at castle view deceiving desperate job seekers. Fortunately for me I have a contract with Asda night shifts. Permanent contract with the company. Work 10 hours a night. Get £14.58 an hour for half of every shift. So happy. I pray that nobody attends these courses. It’s EXPLOITATION.

Anyone remember the old useless courses the Job Centre would send you on and threaten you with a sanction if you didn't go? Well this company is trying to bring them back, but they're disguising it as a actual job opening on job sites. Total Jobs is flooded with them, there is also B2W and Path2solutions that do the same thing. Castleview have flagged my review. They don't help people at all.
