CastleView Group Avis 

Last week my son ‘turned down’ a good job on the promise of a start date today from Castle View Group that included a weeks training course that only covered £63 towards parking, but to then work at the Tesco. He turned up to be told his name wasn’t on the list, and he and about 30 other people were turned away!
This is an appalling way to treat people! This is messing around with people’s lives!!
This was in Rugby.

I HAVE READ PREVIOUS REVIEWS FROM OTHER PEOPLE. IT ALL MAKES SENSE NOW. I HAVE APPLIED FOR NUMEROUS JOBS THROUGH THIS AGENCY AND NEVER EVER RECEIVED CONFORMATION THAT THEY GOT MY APPLICATION!. The absolute worst agency applied for two jobs was told to get one of them i needed to do a week long warehouse course after completing the corse never heard anything back from them no job offers can't get through to them on the phone. Also I was supposed to receive a certificate for the course in 8 weeks time currently on week 16 and nothing. Still can't get through to them to find out what's going on. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. EDIT: Now on week 27 and still no
certificate or contact from them

This company really shouldn't be allowed to remain in business. I attended one of their courses several months ago and was all but promised to secure a position with a very well known online retail company once successfully passing the course, as well as receiving a certificate in the mail showing that I had completed the course.

Fast forward four months, and not only have I not received any employment opportunities, I also haven't received the BARE MINIMUM (my certificate) despite being told it'd take TWO WEEKS to arrive. I've been back and forth with various people at Castleview, with absolutely no help from anyone there or any progress made. Their "support" has boiled down to them sending mass emails to people asking if they've received employment or if they need assistance and then NEVER responding when I reply.

I remember speaking to another gentleman during the course who had told me he had been to several Castleview course and had yet to receive any support or employment opportunities, but I foolishly dismissed him, thinking him to be an outlier. Lesson learned.

Someone should really report them. But we'll have to settle for TrustPilot reviews. Do yourself a favour and avoid wasting your time and energy, avoid these people. Hopefully they'll have to shutter their doors.

I’ve had a training course with them for three years and I’ve never had any job opportunities or interviews after completing their courses they left me high and dry and I got stuck with agency’s that gave you less jobs for less hours horrendous people with zero promises

Absolute waste of time, they promise you a job on the following Monday after the course is finished and then I rang and emailed over 50 times absolutely no answer, I even took a visit down to the place and every single person sends you to this woman Victoria, who was never in, never answers emails, phone calls anythin, they’ve all completely ignored me since the day I finished, absolute scamsssss!!!!!!!

An absolute scam company who promises guaranteed interviews on completion of a course, when in reality they get thousands of £ of government funding for each person they manage to sign onto said course. The guaranteed interviews are also fake, since all they give you afterwards is contact numbers for local agencies that anyone can find with a simple Google search.

The most annoying thing is perhaps still receiving emails with poor spelling and grammar from them, enquiring about if I'm in a job. My guess is that they need to provide information to the government on whether the people are in work, although it's hard to tell because the person who sends these emails also enjoys boasting about how they have 5 kids. Utterly bizarre.

Poor customer service.
It seems to be waste of time really. They are hiring for Amazon and Aldi warehouse and the day before the training course they cancelled the course! Very difficult to contact them as well. I read some reviews with the same issue. Seems to be scam, it’s happening a lot these days unfortunately.

Avoid they are a scam agency

Advertise jobs on many platforms. Ask for CV to be emailed to a specific email, however you get no reply back. Also have tried calling on a number of occasions at different times and can never get through. Phone just keeps on ringing before going to an answer machine. Very poor and false hopes of jobs!

Attended a 3 day course which I was promised would end in a guaranteed interview. The guy running the course was lovely and i do not blame him for this, but it turns out the company I was promised an interview with was not even hiring, after that I could not get through to anyone from the group. Do not let them waste your time or believe anything they promise.

I would give them zero Stars but unfortunately I can't.these people are a waste of time.still waiting on my guaranteed interview and certificate.paul disconnected the call.some of the people confronted the 2 tutors about the reviews and they said it's people who failed their interviews and it's old reviews. But yet I haven't received any calls or emails for anything

A complete scam and waste of time. They are keen to get you on to their course as they are paid via Government funding. They cannot guarantee a job interview, nor a job placement. It's literally a front for them to claim money in your name.
On my 1st day, they gave a test where Q1 was to identify what a 20p piece looked like. They say this contributes to getting a qualification, which they cannot even guarantee you'll receive within 8 weeks.

Calling them in their working hours a few times per day for last 3 days and no answers at all. Poor

It's a Scam.
They get people for courses to drain money from the government, offering fals promise of getting "Interview".
In a matter of fact they can't promise anything and they are well aware of that.
Be aware that there is so much more of these companies nowadays.

The experience was clear conscience and informative, I learnt new techniques with manual handling, all brilliantly handled by my tutor Marvin Reid. HATS OFF!!!!

If you are desperate for work, expecting to start in next 2-3 weeks, I strongly suggest you start looking elsewhere. These people will mess you about without giving clear answer on start date and it takes them days to respond to calls or emails. 0/5

Bought a Tesla model 3 long range from Adam, the owner of Castle EV Ltd.
The car was presented in outstanding condition with 4 new tires and all alloys refurbished because they didn’t come up to Adam’s very high standards.
Throughout the sale the customer service experience was above outstanding.
The price I got on my MG5 was very fair and will fit in nicely with his good clean stock.
Adam did all the DVLA paperwork for the car I was selling and the car I was buying. He made the whole process pleasant and easy for me. Nothing was too much trouble.
I buy a car every year and without doubt Castle ev’s will be my dealer of choice.
I couldn’t fault the experience I had at all. I only wish all car dealerships operated to the same highest standards like Adam.

The course I attended along with 15 others at the parish church hall in bolton run by The Castleview group..will earn me a L1 Facilities Certificate….But the promised 45 minute online test by “Teleperformance “ group never happened & is not likely to now…Communications from Castleview is very bad…11 other candidates who were on the course and expecting the test are in the same boat…Some were kept informed but most not…originally scheduled for Friday 9th of June…then moved to Monday 12th June never happened…what a crock of $&*t…

Castleview are the kings of the scam training companies.
What happens for those unaware is they get paid per butt they put on seats for terrible level 1 qualifications that no employer would care about. In order to get people on these courses they say whatever is needed such as "Guaranteed job" or "Guaranteed interview". Let me be clear, these are lies. I've dealt with Castleview several times, each time has been the same and embarrassing. I cannot fathom how they're allowed to operate.
If you get told by them that this course is needed to start with the employer IT'S A LIE, if you get told they're affiliated with the employer and you'll get a job afterwards IT'S A LIE.
They're there to do this level 1 qualification THAT'S IT.
