I have owned my flat for 9 years and for all this time Tony Martin has provided excellent support and been very helpful in managing the day to day requirements of the block. During my recent flat sale Tony has been incredibly supportive responding to enquiries instantly and provided some useful advice. If only all Property Managers could be as good as Tony.

As always Tony Martin, Senior Property Manager has been very helpful, he addressed all our questions raised during the Annual General Meeting.

Caxtons provide the support to the Management Company on our housing development. Essentially dealing with all issues that arise that need attention (gardening, parking, rubbish etc) along with the billing of residents and the accounting.
Point of contact for us at Caxtons is Tony Martin who is always very responsive whenever I have the need to email him. He will get the issue addressed and let me know that he has done so. I can recommend Tony as a proactive and helpful person.

Have had a a few interactions with Tony Martin at Caxtons last year, regarding some issues on the estate that I reside on, that is managed by Caxtons and each and every time, Tony has been absolutely superb in dealing with all the issues…Tony is a credit to the company and the company as a whole, to me, are the best management company going and I know a fair few…that don’t come anywhere near the quality of service that Caxtons offer…

Holly Martin the Property Manager for Heritage Quay Gravesend has been excellent throughout the period I have let the flat there. She has dealt with all queries rapidly and has arranged necessary maintenance and certification efficiently. Most recently she tracked down invoices which provide evidence that critical work was undertaken following a fire safety assessment.
