they delivered my pc in 5 workdays but they dont give you any information aboiut when they are going to sihp it

Multumesc pentru produsul livrat stricat. Balamaua dreapta a blatului este total smulsa din PAL. Avand in vedere ca produsul vine deja asamblat si coletul parea intact, defectul s-a produs la productie/asamblare producator.
Am sa il repar singur pentru ca nu vreau ca returul sa dureze 100 de ani si sa primesc iar un produs defect.
Va urez ca afacerea firmei sa va mearga la fel de bine ca si produsul defect livrat. Si voua - va doresc sa traiti, la fel si familiilor voastre. Transmiteti-i furnizorului vostru ungur Hoppline la fel - sa traiasca si ei si familiile lor.

NU RECOMAND COMPANIA ASTA.
SCRIE CEVA PE SITE , CAND SA PLASEZI COMANDA APARE CU TOTAL ALT CEVA , MA REFER LA PRET ....

I purchased from Keysoutlet.ro from the Cel.ro site a license for Windows 11 and Office 21 for my newly purchased NoOS PC. But both licenses failed to activate though telling me that I have already installed the products on another computer.

I had to go then through the by phone activation procedures which are unpleasant to say the least, poorly designed, one-sided, to satisfy Microsoft alone but obfuscate the clients.

For Office the procedure was equally stressful. But, at the end the product key became many times longer and as such would fail to fit the product key fields any longer when needed.

It was stressful because I had to quickly introduce interminable strings of characters and copy them by hand while the automated voice kept asking me if I had finished every three seconds or so.

Windows 11 in turn let me equally know after activation that the license was deja installed on another computer. But even though they didn't identify the computer... Windows 11 was deactivated.

The activation procedure over the phone asked me to repeat three figures for identification but failed to confirm them after introduction.
Then they invited me to contact a human operator, none available on the day, the Boxing Day.

Consequently, not only neither Windows 11 nor Office 21 were activated, at least not properly, but I was also notified that the licenses were already activated on another PC.

As a result, I will have to return the product consisting of W11 and Office 21 licenses, within the 14 days allowed by law, or I will have to contact ANPC because I paid for licenses that have already been used.

I ordered a product from them, the 2nd day they called me for confirmation, I confirmed, everything was ok, until I went in out of curiosity to read reviews, all negative.I went back to their website to look for a phone number to contact them, there is no phone number on their website, I tried to call the phone number they called me to confirm. That number was non-existent, it didn't ring, it hung up the call instantly.( I called them after like 30-40 min, it was morning so they should've answered)
Honestly, I don't recommend it.

Buys their cheap refurbished products (phones) from China, then they resell them, lying to customers that the products are brand new.

i ordered some components for pc, after checking them with a new vga which i already had i decided to return some of the components, the entire return sistem and feedback from cel.ro was outstanding.really appreciate that!

I try to do a order with paymant when that come and site stop working, with card is instant procecing.

Am comandat o carcasa DeepCool. Carcasa a venit lovita in partea stanga pe partea cu placa de baza facando nefolosibila, pe langa sub plicul cu AWB era scris cu marker-ul "Carcsa PC Lovita" Se vede clar ca e un retur. Nu exista serviciu de relatii clienti pentru solutionare problema, astept sa vad daca carcasa va fi inlocuita sau daca nu o sa depun plangere la protectia consumatorului. NR comanda 4219253

Am comandat un laptop pe firma si a venit cu ecranul zgariat. Evident ca nu accepta retur si trebe sa completez eu ceva formular de service.
Dupa intamplarea asta am citit parerile altora depsre ei si multe dezamagiri, pacat ca nu am citi reviewuri despre ei inainte sa comand

Three orders placed in the course of this year, none arrived. First one just disappeared, second one ended up being sent back by the courier for no reason and third was outright cancelled two days after placing the order. No communication, no remorse. They are pathetic and incompetent. Hard pass for me.

Am vrut sa dau retur dupa 5 zile la o placa de baza Z690 din cauza ca am primito cu 4 pini indoiti la cpu socket si nu puteam pune procesorul 13900k pe ea. Am dato inapoi si dupa 2 saptamani primesc mail ca cica costul reparatie sau nu stiu ce depaseste contra valoarea produsului,deci dupa ce ca e un cacat de defect ce cred ca il reparam si eu cu o penseta ,nici nu imi da bani inapoi si mai trebuie sa si platesc pentru a primii placa inapoi. ,,Bravo '' cea mai buna companie,1400 lei dati de ampulea.

I wanted to return a pc mainboard after 5 days from z690 series because it had 4 cpu pins bend at cpu socket and i couldnt put 13900k processor on it.I gave it back after 5 days and after 2 weeks i receive a email that the cost of repairing it and i dont know what its more or the same price as the mainboard. That f'''cking defect i could repair it myself with a clipper ,so basicly i dont get any money back and i also have to pay the courier to get it back . ..Best'' company ever ,300 euro wasted.

Eu zic să i dați o șansa, personal sunt mulțumit de serviciile oferite de Cel.ro și acolo unde am avut nemulțumiri, sau rezolvat cu echipa care a fost disponibilă in toate formele disponibile.
Una dintre puținele compani rămase care pun clientul înaintea câștigurilor.

What the title says. Scams. They even write up false positives for their own reviews.

Cel website has changed the company and they don't respect the warranty for most of theirs products. You will walk in circle for weeks trying to resolve them. Also the producer and official distributor can't help you.

I ordered 2 products on 22 august 2021.

After 2-3 days I asked about the status of my order because nothing changed in the online order tracking page. They said that one of the products is not the provider stock so I can cancel it or choose another one. So I choose another one.

Today is 1 september. After contacting them every day in the last couple of days and asking about the status of my order and after saying that should arrive anytime now... today they said to me that the product is not in providers stock (after choosing a second one) so it will be in provider stock on 7 september.

So I give up and ordered the product from another store and this evening will arrive.

O mizerie de companie. Daca cumperi trebuie sa mergi pe noroc pentru ca atunci cand ceri garantia nu mai gasesti pe nimeni.

Management defectuos, lipsa de comunicare și de interes. Nu as mai comanda de la ei.
