The only good thing they have going with for them is that they have relatively cheaper stuff compared to other sellers in Romania. The issue is, they are slow. And I mean, PAINFULLY slow. It is ridiculous just how incredibly slow they are. And to add on top of that, things that show up as being in stock on their site are often NOT in stock, so on top of their slowness, you have to also wait for whatever seller they get their stuff from to deliver it to THEM, and then wait for THEM to deliver it to you. It's a joke, a bad one. I can onlt recommend it if you want ever so slightly cheaper stuff but are ready to wait for weeks for it.

Stay away !!! They deliver broken products and they lie about their products. Do not accept of course they sent broken products. Do not ever buy from them You will just end up without a product, and also without money.

As a company, I have ordered and prepaid two business Laptops from them. I cannot imagine anything worse and it is not over:
- On the website they said that the laptops are on stock, I waited more than a week to receive them.
- After receiving, we observed that one of the laptops was unboxed, it had service labels on it, and it didn't start at all.
- I have requested an immediate return and product replacement. (I was ignored)
- Instead of replacing the product they asked me to send it in service for investigation. I had to order the courier and send it back at my own cost!
- The phone service is a joke, you cannot call them. After 11 minutes of listening to music, it shuts down automatically.
- I have requested my money back for the defected laptop. ( my request was ignored)
- Two weeks have passed until I received an answer that I have a credit to use for a new order! Without any invoice without any credit note.
- I am not able to contact them, my message is ignored.
- I am missing invoices and documents for accounting.
- The case is still not closed, payment was done in November! This is a nightmare.

dupa 15 zile de la plasarea comenzii aceasta inca nu a fost onorata cu toate ca era vorba despre o adresa de livrare din bucuresti, in conditiile in care numarul de AWB a fost generat a doua zi dupa plasarea comenzii. I would have given 0 stars if I had the chance. They are scammers and they don't take responsibility for their mistakes. I didn't know about this and I thought cel.ro is a good seller since it has smaller prices than most, and so, I went on to buy a laptop from them through a bank loan. Everything went smoothly with the bank (TBI) that collaborates with them, until I made my order. Those from cel.ro weren't even able to register it in time, and even tho' I already placed it, they kept sending me emails to get back to my order. I eventually managed to call them through the bank that loaned me the credit and they registered my order, but otherwise they don't answer to your emails and they don't answer the phone. Ok, I put that behind me and waited for my order. The laptop arrived, I checked the package and when I went on to open it, I realised that it wasn't what I ordered. The color was different (slate grey, not transparent silver) and the laptop i ordered had a HDD unit and an SSD unit and the one I actually got only had an SSD of 256gb. I went on to tell them about it and made a return request, and when they answered they told me they had to check, and that I had to pay for the all the shipping (the one that brought my laptop, the one that would return my laptop and the one that would bring the correct model). They denied their fault in all this and because I live across the country and not in Bucharest where they are located, I decided to try out this laptop. When I opened it to install my operating system, the SSD unit wasn't even registered on the main board (the laptop didn't come with the AHACIC driver in the motherboard) and it wasn't working well at all. I'm returning it even tho I have to pay for the shipment and I never want to hear or order anything from them again!

Scammers. Total lack of customer support. The most thieving and deceptive Romanian online store.

My experience was very good with CEL.ro More then 5 orders with home delivery.

Made an acquisition and received a broken monitor. When I asked for return they started with their policy and refused return. Now I have a broken monitor (and it's body is intact, has no sign of being hit anywhere) and 1000 euros less in my pocket. Just stay away from this store. They are thieves.

Worst online shop ever. They sell second-hand products as being new, do not respect the laws regarding product and money return.

Mi-a fost anulata comanda fara nici o instiintare!

arguably one of my worst online shopping experiences.
ordered an electric scooter, tempted by the price.
long story short - they misprepared my order, had it shipped in 2 consecutive tranches, tried to blame it on the courier and the helpdesk operator took my complaint personally (literally) and said she is not responsible for my order.
