I ordered a 2600 euro pc and they just canceled my order they just took my money when I get to the bank to ask them for a refund they didn't do anything and I don't know what to do now

If there was a 0 stars option, I would definitely give 0 starts. Basically I bought a pair of wireless headphones, but they fall from my head, and also the mic is too close to the mouth, basically I cannot find a comfortable position. Besides this, the software is buggy, they do not unmute during calls although I hear the feedback, so I decided to return them in the 14 days window that they provide. Their 14-day money-back policy states that they may reserve the right to provide credit for further shopping or to refuse the return. So what do you think they did? They refused the return from start, no reason stated, so I asked them to provide credit because I would like to buy a more expensive product from them, instead, as these headphones just don't work for me. They refused again. Obvious to say I will never buy from them again and will recommend everyone to avoid them.

I bought many products, including a 4Gb graphics card, but with the weakest properties, being the Biostar GT 730 128bits. That same day, I asked to return them, because it was my right in 14 days if I don't like to return it for no reason.
The people from Ce.ro, for this, withheld 10% of its value, invoking the fact that it does me a favor.
In this way I ended up with a graphics card garbage, not in accordance with what was written on the site, of the worst quality and at a fairly high price, respectively 449 RON.
I am determined to sue them for fraud and I hope only others like me will suffer.

I bought my computer from them ~3 years ago, decent prices and all arrived well, only problem was that not all components came in boxes

I bought many items from this seller. Good products as advertised.

Afisaza pe site produse ca fiind “IN STOC”, dar ele nu sunt nici la furnizor.
Am comandat un expresor cafea. Aparea in stoc. L-am platit cu cardul. Bani multi. Peste 2 zile mi/au raspuns ca ei nu au asa ceva .
Un aprozar jalnic, total de neincredere.

Mai bine cumparati de undeva mai scump decat sa aveti de a face cu cel.ro si cum trateaza ei garantiile si retururile cu dispret fata de lege.

Te trateaza prost pentru ca stiu nu o sa ii dai in judecata.

Am cumparat o trotineta electrica Xiaomi M365 pe firma ( Din pacate) si dupa 5 luni nu a mai functionat, a fost trimisa in garantie la CEL.RO si au anulat garantia pe motiv ca a intrat apa in ea, ceea ce e total neadevarat. Pentru reparatie mi-au cerut costul de nou al trotinetei si prefer sa cumpar alta.
Nu recomand CEL.RO, anuleaza garantiile fara nici un motiv, blocheaza comentariile pe facebook, pur si simplu asta e modelul lor de business, sa traga tepe.

Foarte neseriosi, am trimis o trotineta in garantie si nu accepta garantia pe motiv ca a intrat in contact cu lichide.O ineptie!!Trotineta nu a intrat in contact cu lichide!!!

Laptop that I ordered were cost really less that on other platforms. Order were dispatched next day and arrived day after. Item was new, in original and sealed package. All working.
But its true - there is no direct helpline number on site in case of something. And when I sent question by e-mail I didnt got reply.

I bought a pc from here (I5-9400F, 8GB RAM, RX580) and it gived me errors non-stop, only blue screens and black screens

Am comandat un laptop refurbished. A costat 2500 lei. Sunt total dezamagita.
1. Produsul are ecranul zgariat
2. Carcasa laptop-ului are zgarieturi multiple
3. Camera video se porneste si ingheata. Ramane blocata.
4. Tastatura incorporata in calculator este in limba germana, ceea ce ingreuneaza foarte mult cand scrii, pentru ca pozitiile semnelor nu sunt la fel ca tastatura in engleza!
5. Dezinteres pentru clienti din partea operatorilor. Am incercat sa inteleg care este problema dar mi s-a raspuns cu dezinteres si raceala sa fac cerere de retur. Este foarte greu sa contactezi pe cineva. La email-uri se raspunde de pe o zi pe alta, la telefon nu dai de nimeni.
Si daca fac retur, implica costuri, iar sansele sa imi primesc banii inapoi nu sunt sigure "se va decide daca se primesc banii inapoi sau se ofera un voucher". Deloc multumita. Nu o sa mai fac cumparaturi de la ei. Ar fi bine sa vada lumea cum isi trateaza clientii.

Update 25.06.2020: I succeeded to recover my money back after 5 weeks from the date I placed a complain ticket to close my order, addressed to cel.ro store or 7 weeks after I paid it. But I received my money bank due to the fact my bank won the dispute with cel.ro store, not due to the fact that mention store wanted to refund my money. Please avoid them at any cost or you will end up without ordered product and without your money.

I had good experience with them up to my last order, when they didn't provide me any information related to my order for 2 weeks. The strange thing is that there is no call center or phone no. to contact them. The only way to reach them is via a complain ticket. So, total lack of transparency provided to their customers.
Then after waiting for 3 weeks, I decided to cancel the order via a new complain ticket. I was called in the same day and a lady told me that the order is canceled and the money will be returned to my bank account. After 2 weeks I did't received nor the product or the the money. I had to refuse the transaction via my bank.
Please do not pay with the card on their web store or better try another provider for your order. :-)

The returing process is a nightmare and you also lose money by returning a product. You get - help from cel's side. It's a miracle that this still is a business.

Avoid them, they are not even capable of shipping an order, they lie about having items on stock and let you wait for days until they collect them from suppliers. My HDD failed on my work-at-home laptop, I ordered a replacement SSD together with a few other items, expecting them the next day. Ater 4 days the order was not even shipped, they don't have a phone, and do not answer emails. I ended up cancelling the order using the form on their site. I suddenly got their attention, this being a large amount of money, and somebody called explaining that they are waiting for 2 items to arrive so they can ship the whole order to me. I said NO way, you lied about your stock, refund me the money on my credit card. The person said OK. For ten days they did not return the money, did not answer emails, until finally I threatened to call the police if they don't refund that very same day. What do you know? They did it immediately, and sent a blank reply to my last email as a confirmation. I still consider myself lucky for cancelling the order. Imagine having to deal with them for a broken item (which apparently they specialize in selling). Worst experience ever. Do not go near them. They also sell under the name PCGarage and ExtremeDigital.

I ordered a TV and they confirmed the order but not the delivery time. I have tried contacting them for 2 days. They have 2 phone numbers none of them is working and if you talk to them on Facebook they say they will call you. If you have a problem with a delivery there will be no way of contacting them.
