Terrible services. Sent a laptop back that had broken down as it was covered by warranty, they refuse to fix it, sent it back and forth several times to the courier. Eventually, they decided to honor the warranty (lucky me) and by the time it got back to me, the laptop was cracked and scratched on all sides. The company blamed it on the courrier, and vice-versa. Never buy anything from here no matter how tempting it may seem.

Awful experience as a client. I bought a kindle though on online order but picked it up myself from their showroom. Wanted to return it and buy a more expensive one. An wonderful agent from the call center tells me I can not - as it is not considered an online order if I pick it up myself from the showroom (amazing!).

My promise to cel.ro is : I will never buy anything again - if you so stupid to reject better sell.

Cel mai prost site din România. Nu vrea sa iti returneze banii si nici nu iti schimba produsele care au venit stricate din fabrica. Varul meu sta cu placa video in service de 2 săptămâni si nimeni nu vrea sa vorbească cu el. NU CUMPARATI!!!

Am trimis in service la ei 3 produse care se aflau in garantie si am fost rambursat pentru unul din ele, pentru celelalte 2 au negat ca le-au primit! Niste hoti! De evitat!

It's one of the worst companies on the market. I have bought a product from their site with my account and had it delivered to my fiancee, so they issued the invoice in her name.
When I needed the warranty, I raised the service request in her name from the same account and they told me they can offer the warranty only to the initial buyer and then just closed the request.
Absolutely horrible customer service and they will try anything not to provide the warranty. Avoid it.
You can't even call them to discuss with them and their complaints department don't even answer.

Bad products. They do not respect the laws regarding the product return or warranty. Stay away!!!

More than a month after sending back a TV I had bought from them, that arrived broken, I still haven't received my money back. They have stopped answering my emails and, conveniently enough, the department that deals with complaints, does not have a phone number. You can only contact them via form which they can easily ignore.
I have bought items form other romanian online retailers and I have never had such a horrible experience.

I think most of the negative reviews are paid by the competition, my experience was very good with CEL, both when i picked up the items personally from their showroom and when i received them by courier the products were sealed as they were from the manufacturer so 5 stars

After I ordered from them and the motherboard was DOA they now keep my money locked without the possibility to use them at all, worst experience ever, I hope the store will close and they will bankrupt because is not normal to force a customer to buy from you forever, especially after you treat them as garbage in the store

Their whole business model is a scam. It's hard to understand how they still survive with such poor practices. Oh wait, they operate in Romania, where everything is possible

Eu am comandat o masina de paine de la domo.ro nestiind ca de fapt in spate e cel.ro, a venit acasa, coletul nu prezenta urme de zgariere,lovire, cand am deschis coletul, am observat ca masina de paine era indoita pe lateral, am completat cererea de retur si mi s-a zis ca nu au ce sa imi faca daca am semnat a curier de primire.Pe scurt, nu stiam ca domo.ro e de fapt cel.ro si dupa ce m-am documentat despre inselatoriile pe care le fac cei de la cel.ro mi-am dat seama ca si eu sunt unul dintre cei pacaliti si cel.ro se ocupa cu asta.Concluzie:nu cumparati de pe cel.ro sau domo.ro, nu veti beneficia de garantie si nu va vor da banii inapoi sau inlocui produsele!

Long story short: Sent the phone during the warranty with a problem, they've broken something else on it and refused to repair it.

Bought a phone from CEL.ro that got its lock button broken a few days before the warranty expired. I've also mentioned another problem which they completely ignored (excessive heat when watching videos).
Got the phone with the lock button fixed but unable to connect to the mobile network (not just the internet, the whole mobile network). Since the repair took longer than than the remaining warranty they refused to repair what they've broken claiming the phone is out of warranty now.

Garbage customer service!

Do not buy from cel.ro they send intentionally damaged products and then they refuse your product.

O escrocherie "aparent legală" ce trebuie evitată cu orice preț.
Angajații acestei societăți au un comportament mizerabil față de clienți, prin lipsă de respect, ignoranță, replici umilitoare și amenințări.

Bazați pe o politică internă de joasă speță, persoanele juridice nu au absolut niciun drept de retur (cumperi pe firmă și-ți livrează în mod special un produs defect). Rezultat: ȚEAPĂ !

The refund process is a whole pain. I am staying with the device in the box, because CEL does not want to replace it.

This is the worst experience I ever had!
I have a Huawei smart phone bought one year ago (still in guaranty period) with a problem confirmed by the authorized Huawei service. The producer released a form for the seller to replace the defective product. CEL.ro (Corsar Online) - who is not even a Huawei authorized partner/seller refused to even acknowledge the defect.
The company is not client oriented at all, I could't find any employee able or willing to help me. I tried calling them on the two available numbers on the website (on one of them no one is ever answering). The call center person that is answering is a representative from the sales department, and is not having the power to help me, which i can understand, but the behavior and rudeness is unacceptable. I asked to be transferred to another department, they don't have any. I asked for a manager, apparently they also lack managers in this so-called company. And to top it off, they hung up on me (multiple times). When I personally went to their sales point and service, it was the same. They kept my phone two times at the service, about one month in total and returned it still defective. Now I just have an email from them telling me that my device is not defective at all and I have to pick it up. At this point, I am going to file a complain to the Customer Protection Service and buy a new phone (definitely not form CEL!!!). Hope you've found my experience helpful and decide to never buy from them.

Very unprofessional company. I bought a phone 7 months ago and now the screen is malfunctioning and they don't want to repair if trough the warranty because their service supplier - Service Return lies that the phone was dropped and it is scratched. This phone was never dropped and doesn't have a single scratch. They invented that so they could charge me with 530 RON+VAT to repair it.. almost 80% of the phones value. CEL.ro doesn't even reply to my emails. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I will not purchase anything from them ever again. I just wish I knew earlier about all the complaints about this online shop. AVOID THEM!

Bad customer support, they only want to sell products and not offer support on warranty related issues.
Never buy from this company or their sister websites

Regarding the guarantee this is the company you have to avoid!
