This card is NOT worth it and DEFINITELY not worth the outrageous interest rate they have the audacity to charge. We got this card in Dec and the rewards STILL HAVE NOT BEEN APPLIED to my account. SINCE DECEMBER 2024. I have called about it, and I was told specifically to wait until my next statement, and it would be reflected on there. We waited as instructed and not only was that a lie, and the rewards were not applied, they also applied a late fee of $30 because we didn't pay on the 3rd until we received our statement as instructed. I received the statement on the 8th and the fee was on there. So, you can attach fees-we NEVER PAY LATE-but you can't, in SIX BILLING CYCLES, attach what you OWE US. I called again and they told the same lie, "It takes up to two billing cycles" and by this time we will be nearing the point of expiration of them. Next, we don't pay interest because we pay the charges off within six months. However, the interest rate is 34%. I would encourage anyone to use the credit card they have through their bank-or anywhere but here-and get your cash rewards that are automatic, and YOU can go in to apply them towards your balance or cash out with no waiting. There is no excuse for it and when speaking to them I was transferred a couple of times before getting to the right department. The contact number for them on the statements and the app are also incorrect. It rings once and hangs up. If you have this card, it is doing more harm than anything and not worth it. They absolutely have NOTHING that benefits you and you will likely never see the rewards they claim you've earned. They currently owe us over $200 and have done nothing about it at the time of this review.

34.9% interest rate. My payment is always late but not past due. When it’s late they tell me I must change payment methods. To change payment methods I must call them. When I send them a message they call me rather than responding to my email. When I miss a payment they charge me $40 returned check fee. There is no option to pay with a debit card, only bank account. There is no express pay option so when I do make my payment I don’t have access to that credit until the next statement period. I have zero positive feedback about this horrible company. I’m moving business away from Firestone simply because of my experiences with CFNA as their financing option.

If I could give no stars I would. Worst decision I have ever made. Interest is ridiculous. I missed one payment and they called EVERY DAY, ALL DAY. I probably wouldn't be upset about the charges if the service wasn't terrible. Its hard to get appointment with Firestone and the two times I went they messed up my vehicle and I was charged ridiculous prices. DO NOT GET THIS CARD and if you can avoid it DON'T GO TO FIRESTONE EITHER.

THE WORST CREDIT CARD COMPANY!!! I LITERALLY JUST GOT INTO A SCREAMING MATCH WITH THE FRAUD DEPT SUPERVISOR. SO TACKY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. IVE SPOKE TO 4 PEOPLE IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS AND THEY ALL WERE TERRIBLE. I TRIED TO UPDATE MY ADDRESS AND THEY TOLD ME MY ID WAS INVALID. MY ID THAT EXPIRES IN 2030. GIVE ME A BREAK. I TOLD THEM I WAS GONNA SUE, IM DONE WITH THIS COMPANY.
They hold your payment too long
This is a high interest bearing credit card with no real value. Your benefits are limited to their own stores and not very large. It can take almost a month post payment to reflect on available balance. This card is only good in the US and no where else. My balance is luckily low enough for me to pay it off in a month and then cancel it. Not worth the plastic it is printed on.

This is without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have had stellar credit for years and I take it very seriously. In November I had car issues - bill was approx 976 before the holidays - why don't you take out a card - 6 mo no interest if you pay it off. Sure ok. BIG MISTAKE - made the first installment - (you can't even pay them electronically from your bank - only checks) they claimed they received it late and slapped on a 29.00 late fee. I asked if they would waive the fee as a courtesy and they told me to email them and they would consider it - I did and explained and they were like we don't waive any fees.
I was like no way am I going to deal with this in the future - and mailed the entire balance 2 days later - so the transaction is paid in full - and I was not only declined to waive the late fee - but now they are tacking on late fees and interest - and put a blemish on my credit report. I am not paying them anything additional. I understand if I owe you a balance on a transaction for a service provided but this is just gluttony. And not to mention they call you every single day sometimes 2x a day from random numbers. Stay as far away from this company as you can. Terrible.

Scammers. Worst card ever. They won't answer so you can make the payment, the website won't accept the payment nor the app. Now you have a late fee of every month. You will owe the people til you die. $1200 credit and you will pay them quadruple or more. SHUT THEM DOWN! #SCAMMERS

Lost card
I reported a loss card on October 11, 2024. I’ve talked to 3 to 4 agents regarding the replacement. I have three different reasons why I haven’t received my replacement card yet. The agents are very friendly. But no results are produced. Customer Service sucks.

I have good enough credit, make enough money and have a good debt-to-income ratio that I should’ve been approve for a Firestone credit card. They denied me in less than a minute on their website. I feel they didn’t actually look at anything on my credit file. If automatically denying a potential customer without actually looking at all the numbers they provide you is how you do business, then I won’t be surprised if you file for bankruptcy in the next 5 years.

I opened my account at Firestone. I am still waiting on a card. They are charging me $4 to send me a paper copy, but I can not do an electronic billing without my card. I would just have them resend my card, but I am currently on the 30 minute mark of a phone call waiting for a service member to answer the phone. Just for argument sake it is 1:31 CST. When I get someone on the phone I will pay this card off and cancel it. I would give negative stars if I could.

I've been trying since September to get this credit card operation to honor the terms of my Firestone card. For whatever reason, I was only getting 2% back in rewards rather than the 3% I was supposed to get and the $30 reward certificate I earned, which was supposed to be automatically applied on my next visit, didn't get applied on any of three subsequent visits. I sent them an mail on September 28, received an immediate response that I would be contacted "as soon as possible during normal business hours". On October 11, having heard nothing, I called its customer service number and explained the situation. The customer service person was very pleasant, understood the problem, wrote up my issue and said she would upgrade it to her supervisor. On October 15, 17 days after my initial request, I get a "boiler plate" email from Freddy in customer service, telling me to "call customer service". I send a 2nd email on October 16. Same "asap" response and again, hearing nothing, I make a 2nd call to customer service. Again, the customer service person is very pleasant, understands the situation and tells me she will escalate it to her supervisor and her supervisor will get ahold of me the next week. I hear nothing, but see my account has been credited with the missing points so half the problem has been solved. On November 4th, 19 days after my 2nd email, I get a second "boiler plate" response, this time from Arionne, in customer service telling me to "call customer service". I try calling customer service twice more and am faced with 90 -160+ person 30-45 minute queues. Sent a third email on November 5, requesting the reward certificate to be applied to my account. Again I get the same "asap" response. Today, 14 days after the last email, I get the 3rd response, again from Freddy, telling me to "call customer service". I call customer service a 3rd time. Talk to a supervisor. She, again was very pleasant, but didn't have the authority to apply the reward. She escalated me to a manager. Left a voicemail with the manager and was assured she would get back to me "asap". I'm not holding my breath.
I've never seen an "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau before, but I now have an understanding of how bad you have to be to get there.
No card no log in
I missed placed my card, still need to make a payment and get a new card, to reset my password. Can only reset if you have the card or a good log in. It is the loop of doom. Calling is the only thing I could do. Always get (English as second language) person. Used it once and never again.

We and had used CFNA for over 20 years and had $1400 to use so we went to a tire store that claimed to accept CFNA and found out that the account was closed b c we did not use it. We found this out after the tire people had put tires ($1100) and when we ran the card it was denied so my husband called and still no positive result. This company is absolutely horrible. We've been paying our bills directly from our bank with bill pay with my current address and you guys have been accepting our payments faithfully. We didn't call in to change our address because we were already at this address when I applied for this card. We even got bills from you guys at this current address on file. So, why would you guys need a copy of my license? It sounds like fraud to me. If I continue to not have online access to my bills, you guys will not get paid and if I see it on my credit, I will report this company and go after this company for damages. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!
None of their CSR's can do anything
None of their CSR's can do anything. They give you canned responses from a script that don't even pertain to your problem. They do not understand the rules of their reward program. Everything has to escalate to a supervisor. The supervisor can't do anything either. They say they will call you back in 24 hours after they research the issue you just explained to them in detail.
Their phone system frequently disconnects you in the middle of a call so you have to start all over.

This is a FIRESTONE credit card that is the WORST bank ever. For 2 years now I've made payments & they either take it late or they state the payment was declined. Not ONCE has the app nor the website ever stated that they ONLY TAKE CHECKING ACCT or debit cards & NOT credit cards. As a result, I've paid late fees b/c they decline payments or take too long to take the payment ...so they collect $29 in late fees every single time. This bank has now ruined my credit b/c they've informed my credit bureaus that I pay late or not at all. ONLY TODAY was I told that I can only pay w/ checking NOT credit! Yet when I've spoken to rep's last year all i've been told was that the debit card I used was "declined"... Last month when I rec'd a 'rewards' email that I've gotten $20 towards my card the supervisor told me that $20 goes onto my statement toward my balance in 1-2 billing cycles--again this is b.c b/c today i was told that it is a reward I can only use for more services at Firestone. This place a bust/SCAM & I am going to pay off the card and never use them again.

DO NOT USE CFNA/FIRESTONE CREDIT CARD!! I made a payment in the amount of $900.00 to pay off my account. I spoke to a representative before making the payment and I was told that if I made it via debit over the phone that the payment would be applied within 24 to 48 hours. I made the payment via debit card as instructed. On 26 August 2024, I check to see if payment/ credit has been applied to my account and it has not. I contacted customer service and I was told that although CFNA had received the payment and the money had been debited from my bank account, CFNA’s policy is to “slow roll” my payment because the amount of the payment is higher than what I normally pay. I was told that my account wouldn’t be credited or at least 5 business days… after 3 September 2024!! I then asked for them to just refund my payment since it had not been applied to my account and I was told that they couldn’t issue a refund until the payment had been posted to my account for at least 30 days. So basically, they have taken $904.00 from my bank account, holding my payment, and NOT applying it to my account although they have taken the money. I’ll never use the CFNA credit card again!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CREDIT CARD TO ANYONE!!
