Easy to navigate and updates quickly especially if you request your is updated. I dropped one star because my subscription was taken today and I requested a break but looks like they are taking next month’s subscription before cancelling/taking a break.

Was ideal to check my credit file prior to my mortgage application. Turns out there was a default from 3 years ago I knew nothing about. Soon sorted. The detsil contained in the report was interesting to read

Easy to read formatting and great to see which agency holds which information.
I also found it a really useful tool to support disputes when one agency had dropped the ball with my file and would not accept they were holding incorrect information not held by other agencies

Great and informative
Great and informative, would be 5 stars but I do think £15 a month is too much. Used for 3 months when applying for a Mortage but can’t keep long term for this price.

We've done our best to make a subscription that's flexible and easy to cancel and reactivate whenever suits you best, so if you do only need us for the occasional thorough check-in or credit application, we're here for you.

Cancelled & Still Charged + AI Customer Service
To the absolute best of my knowledge I cancelled before my trial expired. I completed my reminder and ticked it off in my to-do list... when I eventually went back to cancel it again I recognised every step of the journey. I never used the service since the "cancellation" and I never had another email from them, it's like they were hiding.
I noticed a charge in my bank 4 months later. and Immediately emailed to explain the situation, and I got a pretty generic response asking for more details on what I didn't like about the service with dates and screenshots.
I replied noting that they didn't really read my email and their comments and requests didn't make sense. But I answered as best I could. They replied again declining the refund, talking adjacently to the issue again.
"Cancellation would have been required before the end of the free trial" ... "As we have not received any cancellation request" ... "no refund is due on the account."
I totally get it that the ball is in their court 100% I can't PROVE that I wen't through the cancellation process, but what I have learned is to make sure you get a cancellation confirmation email and take a screenshot/photo with some provable date and time in it.
