After posting a 1 star review about my disappointing experience with the quality of a recent purchase, I have been more than satisfied with Ruben’s swift response - as most companies would have ignored my comments, but he responded by email with grace & genuine concern, so can’t fault the levels of customer service!!
Whilst not seeking replacement or reimbursement, I feel confident that my experience has been taken on board…and am assured that quality & customer satisfaction is a genuine priority to this company.

3 armbandjes gekocht. Zijn van een dunne kwaliteit. Ik had de pech dat er 2 armbandjes kapot gingen. Dit werd na melding erg goed door het bedrijf opgepakt en ik ontving een volledige refund voor de hele bestelling. Zoals customer service hoort.

Afgelopen week had ik een armbandje gekocht. Hij was helaas al snel stuk gegaan, contact opgenomen en direct hebben zij een nieuwe verstuurd. Ook al was dit een minder duur bandje, toch top service. Bedankt Ruben

I ordered some ring and hexagon bracelets. Great quality and great service. Most importantly: they look great and are easy to wear with different outfits.

I've been wearing my Tiger Eye bracelet for a couple of weeks now and I just can't stop staring at it. Great quality. I saw in the pics that it looks great in combo with a watch. Not sure if I'll try it as I'm a little afraid of scratching. For now it's on my other wrist.

Ordering and paying for the bracelets went quick. But after that..

First red bracelet broke down/ snapped after 4 !! months. I’ve had it on my wrist continously for that period. Customercare told me not to take it of too many times (okay..). Got a replacement after a little discussion.

Second one, snapped at the same spot, after the same period of four months, with the same continuous wearing on wrist. VERY VERY POOR QUALITY.

Customercare Ruben told me they only give one replacement. Okay? And what of the same defect occurs? Ruben: we think one replacement is enough. REALLY? Come one guys this is really a low poor quality product. So four months is the max period of wearing i can expect from a premium priced brand like this? WHAT A JOKE!

Marketing sounds like these bracelets are the best of the premium, but in fact nothing more than VERY VERY POOR Chinese rip-off quality.

NEVER EVER GOING TO GET BACK TO THIS SHOP. AWEFULL PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER CARE.

Thumbs 👎 from me. I won’t be ordering from this company again. I ordered two Red Rope Bracelets ( gifts for friends ) I found the quality very poor and the bracelets were very hard to make smaller. I also only received one pouch for the two bracelets. To be honest I would feel embarrassed to give these bracelets as a gift. I Emailed Chibunto 3 times regarding a refund and was sent the same response twice explaining to me to pull harder to make the bracelets smaller and the reason they only sent one pouch is because they are saving on materials! Absolute joke….. oh and if you do return your items you have to pay your own postage to send them back they did say I quote ‘ that’s if they receive the items’ 🤔

Great product- Chibuntu are the best NATO watch straps, extremely comfortable to wear with a matt finish & brushed stainless steel hardware, unlike others which are made from cheap shiny seatbelt nylon.
Highly recommended.

After an issue with delivery Ruben was very quick to sort and send a replacement which arrived shortly, as promised. Really happy with the product and will definitely be buying from Chibuntu again! Shout out to Ruben for going above and beyond to sort out my issue
