Superb customer service.
My goods were lost in the post , obviously it’s not a great time for everyone to be sending or receiving goods. The communication throughout was superb and highly recommend the A+ service from them. Will definitely buy again.

Product is of very good quality but I…
Product is of very good quality but I was unhappy with the fit as I have a very small wrist and the strap came very far back round towards the watch face . When I emailed in I was told to double the strap back into the keeper as the proper way to wear it but this made the the watch very wide and clumsy si I ended up trimming a few centimetres off the length so as it sits reasonably well but I feel I should have been offered a chance to return the strap for a full refund .

Hi William,
Thanks for your review. If you would have mentioned the Refund that would have been no problem at all. I thought with the instructions it was all good.
Hope it now fits perfectly to how you envisioned it!
Cheers,
