The bracelet I ordered arrived and looked fantastic, unfortunately the engraving had a word missing.
I got in touch with Chibunto & they assured me it would be sorted. In less than a week the new “perfect” bracelet arrived. I’ve been recommending them ever since. Great service isn’t always about bein perfect, it’s about what you do when something goes wrong & these guys nailed that for me. Thankyou

Great gift
I gave my boyfriend the black nato strap for his birthday and he fell in love with it straight away! It’s easy to use and much more comfortable to wear than ordinary straps. And I think it looks great on him!
