Citizens Debt Relief Avis 

I was told when I signed up it was an easy case and would be resolved by 6 months of on-time payments. I have called every month and I am told it should be resolved this month. Fast forward 8 months, still paying CDR and can't get a return call. On-line, I have waited 90 minutes and no response/ I'm beyond frustrated. My bank says no one from CDR has reached out to them to resolve this debt.

I spoke with CDR about Feb 2024 and everything sounded great and looked great on paper. Fast forward 7 months and the bank has sent me to collections. I assumed CDR had failed to negotiate as I wasn’t kept up to speed of how things are going. After posting this, they reached out immediately and had come to a deal w the banks. Still waiting on a few other things, but my patience did pay off I will say.

Great experience...Evan is the best I reach out to this company a few weeks ago cause of my cc debt I did enroll and started working with Evan who explained everything to me every step of the way and made sure I understood everything. But a few weeks later I decided that I was goin to take another route I didn't want to do the program anymore. I CALLED Evan up to let him know.Evan was still Great he didn't pressure me he was very understanding and told they will still be there if I ever wanted to come back .
