Climote Avis 

I had an issue sending text commands to boost my heating while away from the house and rang but I never left and message when prompted. Still, I got an email, obviously they must have found my email through my phone number, and apologized for missing the call and asked how they could help. I explained my problem and within a few hours they had someone contact me and sort the issue completely. Really impressed and delighted with their quick response. Catherine.

I had previously written a review , not happy , I was finding it hard to get responses, as my unit was old , I am so used to it and it’s easy. I don’t need anything too complicated. Anyway long story short after giving it a final chance at getting the issues sorted. I got all the answers I needed. I waited till I made sure I was choosing the right option ! Glad I did.. new unit was not expensive & I chose the option to fit ourselves , it was so simple. Took minutes!! So now I’m all back up and enjoying being able to control my water & heat at the touch of a switch & remotely, it should be 5 star. Just holding one back because it took time to get a response , but one I did the help was amazing ..

I am elderly- nearer 90 tha 80-and slowing up and not at all competent at following printed consecutive instructions.
So imagine my relief when I heard first off a cheerful human voice. And that lady was so helpful,so lucid and so reassuring. I was sorted out so quickly and efficiently that I almost cried!! If only other service providers were this good.

I have had a climote for a number of years, quite happy with it. However recently my app wasnt connecting so emailed Climote and after a bit of toing and froing was told my signal is consistently below strength and this could be due to various issues including a failed Sim. I should point out my climote shows a consistent signal strength of 35%, their website describes a signal strength of above 25% as good!
They offered me a discounted replacement at 250 euros.
I asked if it was possible to try a replacement Sim, this is when they stopped replying to my emails, i sent 2 further emails but zero response. So i tried the phone number, that was a waste of time, you get a recorded message which asks you to send an email!!
It seems like they are more interested in selling than sorting an issue

I rang to inquire about my Climote and dealt with Siobhan, she couldn’t have been more helpful. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She explained that even though there was a change of management a couple of years ago that Climote is still going strong in Ireland. They are an excellent company and I have been very happy for the last five years with my product.

I wish that there more companies like Climote out there.
My original unit was 8 years out of warranty and developed an issue with connection.
I contacted Climote and got an immediate response to help diagnose the problem.

A replacement unit was received within 2 days of order and was fitted by myself in 5mins. ( Again helpful video available showing the fitting process).
The designer/s really deserve huge credit for the forward thinking in manufacturing such a brilliant product.

And …the app is simple to use and works flawlessly.

One star is to much for complete lack of support and answers from support.

From the very first minute of speaking with Climote, the amicable, clear knowledge of their business and the patience to answer all of my questions was second to none.

I personally spoke with Siobhan, whom was the most genuine, and best representative of a company I have had the pleasure to speak with in a long time.

In an ever-changing climate, home heating systems are more vital than ever. After speaking with Climote this morning, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Requested a new control panel - previous one lasted 11 years !!
Arrived in two days - not counting week-end.
Had some problems removing the old one. Martin came on the 'phone and guided me through removing the old one. helped also with applying the operating times of the replacement control panel; positive and patient.
Would I recommend 'Climote' to a friend? Definitely.
