DO NOT use this company for probate
Such bad customer service I don’t even know where to start. I have multiple call logs trying to ring through to the Co-op legal services anywhere from 9 in the morning to their closing times and no answer. I’ve been trying to get in touch with my case manager DW regarding my dad’s estate for over a month now and no response even though we got put under a deadline to respond. Almost seems like now we are being ignored and it’s probably costing us the luxury. Do not use this company for probate.

Probate doesn't have to be a headache.

Three Weeks - Still no Will :(
After the initial call with them to give details of our will requirements, three weeks later and we still don’t have any documentation to sign.
Lots of delays (we have gone back asap) and incorrect details sent back by Co-Op.
Very little communication from them, wait days for any updates.
