I had a stoma in November 2025. Since then all my supplies have come from Coloplast. Their products are of high quality, the staff eager to help and communication about order progress and delivery are first class

I had my ileostomy when I was 37 I am now 62 and have always used coloplast. The online ordering now is so easy, I have in the past tried other products but have found them not to be as good as coloplast. The staff are always helpful and friendly, so if you are new to this and find it a little overwhelmed take it from an old hand you will be in safe hands for products and advice with coloplast.

NHS have changed the ordering medication, you now can’t order direct, but go to your doctor first and surgery apply to them as opposed the easiest way of just ordering from Coloplast and they do it all. I spoke with a wonderful lady this morning Diane who explained how to order in the future. Thank you Diane everything was exactly how you told me. Jeff

Coloplast Charter is a wonderful company. The telephone operators are friendly and efficient. In general I receive my supplies within 4 days. If I have any problems there is great support via email. Nothing is too much trouble.

Excellent customer service from Samantha at Coloplast Charter.

I accidentally had an order sent to the wrong address after not realizing my default delivery address had changed while I was away. I was worried it was going to be difficult to sort out, but Samantha was incredibly helpful, understanding and reassuring.

She quickly checked everything for me and arranged for a replacement order to be sent to the correct address. The whole issue was dealt with quickly and without any fuss.

Thank you so much, Samantha, for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy to resolve. Fantastic service and genuinely appreciated. ❤️

I have recently had cause to use Coloplast service. They supplied my items. When I was near the end they they contacted me to see if I wanted it.
Generally they are efficient and friendly.
I would use them again if required.

I recently received a txt msg from coloplast to re order my prescription. Which is excellent service. I ordered products on weekend, 2 moths supply, but wanted to let coloplast know why. Had chat with Abbie today to make sure request wouldn’t cause issues. Didn’t wait a minute! She advised me this wasn’t a problem but to let my surgery know too. Thank you Abbie and coloplast for excellent response and service

In that time they have never failed to be extremely helpful, polite and cheerful I have never had contact with a bad member of staff. There service is first class they always do what they say they will do your prescription always arrives on time. I have no trouble recommending to anyone.

Always friendly & very Helpful when I call with a query usually caused by my Doctors Practice. They always help me to get my delivery sorted without delay. A lady named Bev was extremely helpful on my last call & soon sorted my order out as my doctors had sent the authorised prescription to the wrong supplier.

Samantha dealt efficiently with my replacement SenSura bags order. Ensuring the modifications are to be carried on in future orders. I have little doubt the replacements will arrive within a week.

I have always found the Coloplast company excellent, the speed in which they deal with requests and the delivery is amazing.
Recently I went away and forgot to pack my Coloplast essentials I rang them and they managed to send me emergency supplies in Cornwall the next day, that’s service.

Since I started using self catheters I tried a couple of Pharmacies till I came accross to Coloplast charter. I never wanted to change it again. The products to choose from are various and very modern. The processing of the prescription and deliveries are incredibly fast and the staff via chats or call are so efficients. Today I started chatting with Kathryn at 9:05 and by 9:10 my problem was solved. I will never change Coloplaster Charter and strongly suggest it to anyone. Thank you Coloplast Charter
