Sales Assistant Maj was well informed about the leather suite we were interested in purchasing. He was able to advise us on what quality and colour of the leather would meet our requirements. He was patient over changes we made after taking material samples home. We were able to agree a price that was agreeable to ourselves and Cookes Furniture. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

What a great service - as I was worried about getting a sofa through the front door of our 300 year old cottage, Cooks brought out a similar sized sofa and did a dummy run before I ordered it. Brilliant service (fingers crossed the real thing will go through the door)

Buying a sofabed from Cookes has proven to be a very good experience. From choosing to ordering, their service has been perfect. The guys delivered the sofabed today and had to carry it upstairs, which was by no means easy. They were simply amazing and the sofabed looks fantastic.

When looking to purchase new sofas we were confused with the huge choice available at Cookes.
Majid was very patient with us and went through all the different variants. We finally settled on one and we are very happy with it.

We were served by a knowledgeable man and nothing was too much trouble for him. We appreciated his advice.

Ebenezer Hammond-Laing was very helpful, explaining the differences between the Stressless chairs that we were looking at. He wasn’t pushy, and answered our questions, but then left us alone to make our own decisions. This gave us the space to discuss things between ourselves.

The ordering process took quite a while, but everything was well explained.

Beautiful shop! Wheelchair friendly, and great friendly, informative service. Offered hot drinks and biscuits, not rushed at all. My mum was really happy with her choice of riser recliner chair. Can’t wait for it to be delivered. Happy to support a local business too.

We have just taken delivery of our new Venjakob lounge furniture and it is excellent quality and looks great.
Michal was very helpful when we visited the Cookes showroom, and kindly followed up with brochures and details of the unit options. He also thoroughly checked all details were correct when we placed our order.
We were pleased that the furniture arrived a couple of weeks earlier than expected. The delivery team were prompt, friendly and took good care of the furniture and our home. And they took away the packaging which was very helpful.

My husband and I visited the Erdington, Birmingham store and we was looking for a chair. Ben the assistant was very helpful. He told us that the sort of chair we were looking for had to be purchased as a pair. We told him we only wanted one chair and he eventually found us an ideal chair which was in the clearance.
