Great knowledge and service
Very good experience from start to finish. Sales staff had the right approach, making suggestions without being pushy and leaving us to think things over with no pressure. Delivery team (Alex, Phil and Aid) were excellent - they ran through how to set up the sofa bed, which was really helpful. We would always rather support family businesses and will do so again with Cooke’s.

pleasurable furniture shopping

Cookes Birmingham Store
Visited Cookes Furniture, Birmingham a few weeks ago as we were looking for a new bed. There was a specific one we were looking for and, as we couldn't find it, we asked the assistant if they still did this particular one. Luckily for us they still did and we placed an order. Lisa, the sales lady was very helpful and she asked us if we wanted a new mattress protector, which we decided to buy as well. The bed was delivered around three weeks later. The delivery men assembled it very quickly and we are very pleased with our purchase. Also, the mattress protector is very good quality and we are really pleased that we ordered this too. Very good customer service.

Nice relaxed big area to look around
Nice relaxed big area to look around . Lots of sofas and chairs and nice to look at other furniture as well. Staff very helpful and informative and nice to be left on our own to just browse without being interrupted. Ordered our sofa and chair to be delivered in 8 to 10 weeks time.

A good shopping experience makes all the difference.
David knew all about the small dining table & swivel chairs that I was interested in seeing. I had chosen them online from the Christchurch virtual showroom & was pleased that the items were on show.
After speaking to David I decided to increase the size of the table from 800cm to 100cm diameter. I appreciated his in depth knowledge of the products, & was confident enough to place the order.
