A good shopping experience makes all the difference.
David knew all about the small dining table & swivel chairs that I was interested in seeing. I had chosen them online from the Christchurch virtual showroom & was pleased that the items were on show.
After speaking to David I decided to increase the size of the table from 800cm to 100cm diameter. I appreciated his in depth knowledge of the products, & was confident enough to place the order.

Sales Assistant Maj was well informed…
Sales Assistant Maj was well informed about the leather suite we were interested in purchasing. He was able to advise us on what quality and colour of the leather would meet our requirements. He was patient over changes we made after taking material samples home. We were able to agree a price that was agreeable to ourselves and Cookes Furniture. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

What a great service
What a great service - as I was worried about getting a sofa through the front door of our 300 year old cottage, Cooks brought out a similar sized sofa and did a dummy run before I ordered it. Brilliant service (fingers crossed the real thing will go through the door)

Cookes fitted me in straight away. I wasn't able to purchase my chair I wanted as the other shop was shut when I got there. I rang cookes and it was sorted. The staff were very friendly efficient and conscientious. The service was excellent too. Couldn't have gone any better

Amazing service from Cookes
Buying a sofabed from Cookes has proven to be a very good experience. From choosing to ordering, their service has been perfect. The guys delivered the sofabed today and had to carry it upstairs, which was by no means easy. They were simply amazing and the sofabed looks fantastic.

Very helpful staff
Ebenezer Hammond-Laing was very helpful, explaining the differences between the Stressless chairs that we were looking at. He wasn’t pushy, and answered our questions, but then left us alone to make our own decisions. This gave us the space to discuss things between ourselves.
The ordering process took quite a while, but everything was well explained.
