Superb accommodation. Everything thought of. Support from owner and housekeeper is faultless. Location like being in a wildlife documentary. From house - otters, pine marten, white tailed sea eagle, herons, seals, cormaronts, gulls, oystercatchers etc From nearby - red deer, buzzards, golden eagles. Brilliant place. Thanks. Privilege to stay.

Easy booking process on Coolstays. The description of the property was so accurate. Our host Clare enhanced our stay with helpful tips too. Sitting outside the Pavilion on the patio, sipping coffee or wine , gazing out out over the rolling Cotswold Hills was spiritually uplifting - a perfect place for a break.

All worked well for my booking, but docked 1 star as emails too frequent.

Fantastic location with beautiful views. The facilities were excellent, with a very well stocked kitchen area. The cafetiere and ground coffee were a real treat to find! The standard of the accommodation was very high, really exceeding my expectations. We could have stayed there forever as it was so peaceful

What a wonderful place to get away from everything!! No sound of traffic, no tv, just pure nature and wildlife. We stayed in the foxglove safari tent and it was stunning. So much bigger than I thought. Had everything we needed. The bed was absolutely heavenly, so comfortable. Dog friendly, Our pooch loved it. Would definitely book to go again. Perfect little bit of serenity

My family had a great stay at Cecelia’s cottage. The cottage is very well appointed, spotlessly clean with beautifully modern bathrooms. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk into town and to the beach. Communication with the owners was amazing, nothing too much trouble. I thoroughly recommend this cottage to other families looking to stay in this beautiful part of Dorset. Many thanks

Great rental, owner very responsive and accomodating

A stunning cottage in a lovely location. Angel view certainly has the wow factor. The floor to ceiling glazing affords panoramic views of the surrounding fields and ensures that you are bathed in natural light. The property has been thoughtfully designed and beautifully furnished to maximize enjoyment of the space. And there is so much space!. The master bedroom is massive and has a fantastic balcony from which you can enjoy views of the sea. The open plan living area is equally spacious with thoughtfully designed zoned areas: from the semi circular sofa around the wood burner and tv, creating a cosy area; to the funky bar area and loungers placed to take in the view. We actually spent more time in the cottage than we would normally do on holiday because it was such a relaxing space. The location in Perranuthnoe is lovely, being a stone's throw away from the south west coast path and a short stroll away from a dog and person friendly pub serving great food. There is also a couple of cafes, one of which was open during our stay, The Cabin, and was perfect for us being dog and person friendly serving great food. The booking process was very easy. The owner was a pleasure to deal with being very helpful, responsive and friendly. Thank you for sharing your wonderful cottage with us.

Our stay can only be described as idyllic. The Ice House is a very special destination, providing great comfort but, more importantly, spectacular views eastwards across Gruinard Bay, with the sea only feet away. If peace and an escape from the business and frustrations of modern life are what you need, then you will find it here, where you are so close to nature (otters, eagles, ospreys to name the rarer species only) and beautiful scenery. A fabulous week.

We’ve just returned from a wonderful weekend at Picketts Barton Spa. We were really looking forward to a break away but didn’t realise how much we needed time away in this wonderful, location perfectly blending luxury and nature, allowing us to spend precious time as a family. We were immediately relaxed in this idyllic surrounding, and loved the outside space - particularly the hydrotherapy pool and sauna. The rooms are vast and beautifully decorated. Our dogs loved the huge field and were able to relax in the shade (it was the hottest day of the year!) This is by far the best place we have ever stayed at and we will be back again very soon

My sister-in-law had booked Alma Grange in Cardigan for a special family stay for 9 of us. She then received a message the night before our arrival to say sorry, they had made a mistake on our booking and had double booked in, so we couldn’t travel anyway. There was no alternative offered, despite us finding a property that could have worked if they had offered even some contribution towards the cost, but Jason, the agent, sent an AI written sorry email, admitting full fault and offering a refund, but no compensation and breaking all laws completely by not offering suitable alternatives, or a contribution towards. He then went totally AWOL and has not replied to any of us since. He totally ruined our holiday and did absolutely nothing in terms of trying to make amends. The worst customer service I have ever experienced bar none.

Never ever will I use this booking platform again and i would advise no one else to either. Our holiday was cancelled with less than 24hrs notice when we had already travelled half way the day before to the destination. 2 heartbroken children and no alternatives provided, terrible service from the hosts, just assumed that refunding us our money solved our problem, awful people, avoid at all costs booking Alma Grange in Cardigan, Wales.

The Gatehouse is awesome. Has everything you need for your stay. Sat around the fire pit until late following a lovely relaxing stroll to the sauna. Whilst sat in the sauna we saw a heron followed by a kingfisher! Perfect little lodge for a secluded getaway.

Adorable and quirky accommodation, spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. Nice hot shower and a very comfortable bed. Beautifully quiet location but close to many attractions, towns, sights and parks. Special thank you to Sarah who is a very friendly host. Fantastic stay at The Little Stables

Burmieston Steading is a really special place to enjoy quality time with family and friends. We were 3 generations and 2 dogs and it suited our wide ranging needs perfectly! The rooms are beautiful with quality linen and fantastic en suite bathrooms. The kitchen was spotless and since we had hired the whole steading we had plentiful oven space and fridge storage, making cooking a pleasure. We loved having coffee in the courtyard in the sun whilst the kids played table tennis/piano/darts in the games room. The afternoons were filled with local walks or short drives to dunkeld / Crieff. After dinner it was off to the snug room to curl up and watch one of the many dvds on a big projector , or flick through an interesting book from the shelves. Loads of board games too. Oliver and Keesje are perfect hosts and kindly offered to take the kids to meet the lambs which they loved. There’s also an option of sauna, but we didn’t get round to booking that in! All in all the whole trip was pretty picture perfect for a relaxing getaway. Thank you Oliver and family for a great stay, we’ll be back!

What an absolutely beautiful place to stay .We had an amazingly relaxing time . The Hut was just beautiful, everything you needed all catered for, the bed was super comfy .Loved the firepit outside with unlimited fuel . The area is stunning. David was very helpful & welcoming . Enzo the friendly dog visiting us was an added bonus too . We will return! can't get enough of the relaxing surroundings, the wildlife, loads of places to eat & visit and we were super lucky with the weather too !

Wardens cottage is a picture perfect cottage on the banks of the loch. It has every facility you could want plus an amazing onsite property manager Vitali who nothing is too much trouble for him. And all done with a big smile! Really a fabulous place to stay.
