Huge thank you to Gary and Jake who delivered our chest of drawers quickly and easily today. Very happy with the service every time we've had a delivery from The Cotswold Co and really appreciate that they take the rubbish away with them! Lovely, friendly guys and very happy with our product.

Great experience from start to finish and very flexible on changing delivery day. When they say delivery between 6:30 and 9:00 they mean it 😀. Tyrell and Morgan turned up at 7:00am snd sorted everything out, bed, dressing table and side tables very efficiently and without any fuss or bother. Great couple of guys and I’d highly recommend them any day of the week. Many thanks to them both and the rest of the team for a great experience.

The in store ordering process was a pleasure and we were given options for delivery dates/times that worked with our schedule. The confirmation and updates on the progress of our order and delivery were timely and we were provided with an exact arrival time for the delivery/install team on the morning of delivery. They arrived on time and were very courteous. They assessed the best way to access our home to minimize disruption and took great care in the handling and placement of our new dresser. The team explained the drawer handle options for us to choose from before they completed the install and positioned the dresser in place. Our sincere thanks to Siu-Pai and Mo for the first class service they provided during the delivery/install and showing what a great company they represent. Will be back to buy more pieces for our home - Thank you!

This was an amazing experience from the purchase to the delivery. Mark the salesperson who dealt with us was very helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.
We were advised of the delivery date and time slot the day before delivery. On the morning of delivery we were advised of exact time of arrival. Matt H and Matt S unwrapped the furniture and took away the wrapping. The furniture was placed in position and they explained everything we needed to know. They were both very professional and very friendly.
We will be recommending the company to our friends.

We received our delivery yesterday and wanted to express how lovely the service was. The store was full of gorgeous furniture and accessories, the quality of the furniture is beautiful and well built with a 15 year guarantee and the delivery team who attended were great.
We visited the store and made our purchases with Mark who was really nice, helpful and he took his time with us as we had multiple purchases we was making.
We then saw that some of our furniture had gone on sale before it had been delivered so we contacted the store and they honoured the sale price and refunded us the difference.
Our delivery guys were Ian and Michael who were extremely polite and helpful, the packaging was un done and removed so we didnt have to worry about that and they put all the furniture into my rooms very carefully and removed shoes when going upstairs. Thank you, we are expecting another delivery on Thursday!!

Even though we had a bit of an issue with our item, the customer service was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble.

We're very pleased with the larder cupboard from Cotswold Company. There was a slight defect in the one delivered but they quickly rectified the problem and compensated us.

The Elkstone mellow oak 4 drawer chest is a beautifully made furniture and we are very happy with the choice. The drawers are spacious (internal measurement are width 66cm, depth 42cm, height 11.5, 13.5, 17 & 17cm). Excellent finish.
Delivery was on time, and Ian and Adam
delivered the furniture to the room of our choice on the 2nd floor , fitted the legs and took away all the packaging. Extremely satisfied with their service.

We are very pleased with our chair, which we ordered in person at the Cotswold store. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, making the whole process straightforward.

Delivery was within the promised time frame, and Bernard and Vasco were excellent. They placed the chair exactly where we wanted it, unpacked it, changed the legs, and removed all packaging. A very professional and helpful service throughout.

Gary and Phil delivered and assembled the Grand Bookcase. Very friendly, efficient and professional team. Looks great, thank you.

I bought a dining table and chairs from Cotswold in February. The staff in the shop in Stow were really helpful & friendly. The furniture was delivered in a week. Gary & Jake were great, even helped me move the old table. They put the new furniture together and cleared away all the packaging. I’m really pleased with my new dining table. Thanks Cotswold.
