The Cotswold Company - Stow-on-the-Wold Avis 

Excellent service from start to finish, we placed our order in the Stow on the Wold (such a beautiful store!) all staff were super helpful and friendly. I was kept well informed of delivery status and the delivery drivers were amazing arrived right on time to the minute and were professional and friendly thank you Earle and Matt D!

Cotswold Company kept us informed at every stage and did what they said they would. Delivery arrived on time and in perfect condition. Charlie and Siu Pai who delivered were friendly and polite, sensitive of our home and efficiently brought in and set up the furniture. A great experience - Thank you !

We selected and purchased two items of furniture at the Stow-on-the-Wold showroom.The advice and service was exemplary, as is usual with Cotswold.
Today we took delivery and the furniture arrived well packed.The delivery men were Bernard and Ryan and they quickly unpacked and positioned the items where we required them.
Both gentlemen were efficient,polite and cheerful and fully complimented the overall experience of purchasing from the Cotswold Company.

Friendly polite and considerate delivery staff Siu Pai and Mark assembled our dining table in no time. Very glad I didn’t have to do it.

Puchased an extra large Chester sideboard in charcoal finish. This was delivered today and looks good in its setting below a wall mounted TV.
Delivery was delayed one day due to snow,, but the service from Bobby and Mavino was excellent. Bobby took particular care to assemble the fittings and to explain the best way to fit the shelves to our requirements. Very pleased.

Mark was very helpful with my quote and when I placed my order.
I was kept informed regarding delivery times and the furniture arrived promptly, the delivery driver Charlie was efficient and the furniture was assembled quickly and to a good standard.

Just had a delivery from Cotswold Co. Bobby and Mavino were excellent. An email the night before Let us know what time they would be delivering….early 7.30am, but we were prepared for that.
4 dining chairs, unwrap-ed and delivered to the kitchen.
All I had to do was unscrew the protection off the bottom off the legs and put chair leg pads on. You know, the sticky circles things! Now they glide along the amtico floor very easily. Very sturding chairs in white. Chester was their name.

Placed the order at stow on the wold on Friday 2nd jan and they were delivered, named day £20 extra, on the 7th. Speedy because they were in stock.

Delivery guys were brilliant.

The store in Stow on the Wold were very helpful as we were concerned the base for the grand triple wardrobe would not fit up our stairs. After showing photos and measurements they assured us it would. We ordered everything online and delivery was just before Christmas. The two men who delivered and built the furniture were incredibly helpful and left everything very tidy. The furniture looks great. We have bought many pieces from The Cotswold Company over the last few years. Furniture is well made and looks good too. I would definitely recommend this company.

Your main showroom in Stow-on-the-Wold, being in an old pub/hotel, is very rambling with lots of nooks and crannies, ideal for showing off furniture and it was lovely browsing through all the different rooms. The items we went to view were on display and, having checked out their quality, we were able to order the wardrobes we were after. Unfortunately, the matching chest-of-drawers was currently unavailable so could not be ordered at the same time, which was disappointing as we now have to make the effort to keep on checking the website for availability.

The sales lady, Majbritt, was simply marvellous, guiding us through the availability of the various pieces we were looking for and showing us items that fitted the bill perfectly. Have bought from Cotswolds before and will do so again!

I spoke to Majbritt Cook who is a superb ambassador for your company, extremely helpful and a pleasure to talk to, my wife and I visited your Stow shop in October last year while planning an extension to our house, all your staff there were very welcoming, keep up the good work!

A beautiful shop to browse the Room’ displays look great and the prices were clearly displayed . The staff were helpful but not ‘pushy’

Gary and Matt D ( Vehicle 4) were very professional at all times. We were kept fully informed about their arrival time and they arrived on time. Our driveway is quite narrow but they negotiated it well and weren't put off by the task. Gary and Matt were respectful at all times of our home environment. The furniture looks great.

Fantastic service from all staff in the Stow on the Wold shop. I had an idea of what I wanted from looking online but wanted to see the furniture. I ended up buying it all thanks to the help I received. Plus as a bonus had a nice look around Stow.
