The Cotswold Company - Tunbridge Wells Avis 

The staff and manager at the Tunbridge Wells store couldn't have been more friendly and helpful and made our furniture purchase an enjoyable event. Linked to the quality of the table and chairs we would recommend the Cotswold company to other shoppers.

I don’t often visit Tunbridge Wells but took the opportunity to visit the Cotswold Company after visiting the Kingston store and placing a furniture order online. I’d already purchased some cushions in Kingston where the staff are very welcoming to us and our puppy. I shopped for some faux stems and found the staff friendly and helpful. The store is well laid out and offers an opportunity to see large fabric samples and items of furniture to imagine how they’d fit into your own home. The accessories are very competitively priced. Furniture is very much a considered purchase but it’s lovely to add some finishing touches to complete a room without breaking the bank. Quality is a excellent too.

Shop is in a stunning location and all the staff we encountered were both friendly and professional.
We phoned the shop before our visit and spoke to Emma on arrival she assisted us with our purchase. She was very informative and helpful. Excellent customer service.

I bought an ex-display item and when I asked a vital question, I was ignored several times.
My 5 year old son needed the toilet and the staff didn't let him use it - utterly disappointing and goes against how young kids or any human should be treated especially when my son said his wee was about to come out.
The manager was rude and lacked empathy to kids. Her response was disrespectful.
I'm going to post about this on social media as no one in a country like the UK should have to deal with this.

From start to finish we had a great shopping and delivery experience from Cotswolds Company. From a relaxed stress free shop with no pushy sales staff and a punctual and professional delivery. We also opted to have the furniture put together when delivered and this was well worth the extra cost. All in all we had an excellent experience and will definitely use the company again and recommend to other people. We requested a 2 month delay between ordering and delivery as we were moving house and this was no problem and unlike other companies we bought from at the same time was dealt with efficiently and without any misunderstanding . Cotswold is a modern company providing good old fashioned service and a breath of fresh air.

Furniture is good quality and offers a range of designs for the home. I’m really pleased with my 3 drawer bedside table.
I wasn’t happy that the delivery men refused to take the packing, basically a cardboard box with extra packing material. They could easily have reused it. I would have given 5* otherwise.

Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient guys.
Set up our table as we wanted it and showed us how to use the extension.
