I went to the local Coventry building society branch and spoke to a lovely helpful & very patient lady who talked me through all the options & which ones were best for me. Helped me set up my chosen accounts & transfer my savings into the new account. I can recommend CBS & the helpfulness of their staff & the options available as a saver.

The company offers a call back service if busy, which is good, as you don’t have to stay on hold- they phone you back. The advisor was friendly and helpful. I was really pleased with the service I received.
