We ordered the neon sign from my daughter's wedding.
Everything about the process was better than expected. The website was easy to use. The order was delivered timely and the results were excellent. We loved the end product.

The order showed up and is just what I was hoping for. The only thing I'm not happy with is the plastic backing. I guess I thought the light would be like a typical bent tube. There is a constant very quiet buzz, too. It is really cool, though. Love the remote Keychain.

After a year, my light works, but the remote won't, making it impossible to turn my light on and off. I'm not sure how to trouble shoot it. I should also note that the electrical chord has a strange box unit on it that has a bright green light on it.

It's nice but it's really small for for 150 dollars. I thought it be a little bigger. It was for all my kids for Xmas. We lost thier dad in August. But its okay. The kids still loved it so I'm happy. :)

I gave this as a gift to my sister who LOVED it! It came out so perfectly is such a great statement piece to her living room wall. You will not be disappointed, it's made to your specifications and is high quality for the price.
I only wish I'd ordered a larger size!

The neon sign we ordered was delivered with care and looks great! The reason for 4 stars was due to our order missing the power code. Customer service took care of it but it took some back and forth.

It’s done well and arrived in great condition! She loves it. However, I used a different site for my other daughters due to font choice and for the same price hers has a remote and dimming/flashing option. This one you need to unplug to turn off which is annoying bc the outlet is behind the desk.

I order a sign for my small restaurant, when I put it up half of it wouldn’t light up. A guest that is an electrician checked it for me, he said that the wires are crossed and it will not light up. Sent the images to crazy neon with what the electrician said. They said to make a video?!!!! I don’t just have electricians laying around to make videos for them. They will not answer me or give a solution I paid $700 dollars for a sign that doesn’t work 😢😭😭😭. I

I was so impressed with everything about this order! It arrived very quickly and was even bigger and better than I imagined. My granddaughter absolutely loved it! Trying to think of something else that we need a Neon sign for because it is so awesome! Good Job Crazy Neon!

Perfect sign for a the garage gym!

I was very excited about my neon sign purchase, but it didn’t come with any mounting equipment and was not up to the quality I was expecting for such an expensive purchase. I’ve purchased neon signs from other places and have never been this disappointed. I’m still waiting for customer service to make it right 😔
