It was so easy to process my custom neon sign order. The item shipped quickly and arrived sooner than expected. The carrier delivered my item to my door and was securely packaged. I tested my product immediately, and it was exactly what I had ordered. I recommend getting the remote feature; it's so cool to manage the brightness from the other side of the room. I also noticed that they illuminate the sign with LED strip lights, making it safer indoors and won't absorb so much current. I haven't mounted mine yet because I need to create the background, but I can't wait! It's going to be fire. Also thanks for the discount!

The experience using crazy neon was excellent. They offer plenty of customizable options that were fair for my budget. They also shipped very fast and I am getting my lady a Christmas gift before Christmas!
