Dacombes Of Wimborne Avis 

Having been customers of Dacombes before we decided to choose our new washing machine with them too ; as we knew we were delighted with their customer service and prompt delivery installation.
Again we were not disappointed.
The two men who arrived today to take away and plumb in our new machine were very cheerful , knowledgeable and respectful of our property. ( especially as they had to adapt for an unforeseen, minor installation problem ) .

From purchase to fitting i cannot fault the service. Would definitely recommend. Fitters were on time, very friendly and efficient. We were extremely happy and will return.

We ordered a smart tv online, got a phonecall 30 minutes later to arrange delivery. It arrived, all set up and the old one and packaging taken away.
The chap was so polite, efficient and helpful with showing us how to use it.

I felt that the two delivery guys were very polite and just got on with the taking away the old dishwasher and then installed the new Indesit dishwasher and then finally tested that the new machine was working correctly.

Excellent service and great to be able to talk directly to the shop rather than getting stuck in automated call centre hell! I called to check delivery date before ordering and they were able to deliver the product I needed really quickly. Delivery drivers were also great too.

We needed a new fridge freezer and had in mind what we would like. The shop didn’t have any in store but the very helpful, friendly staff showed us what they could get in for us. They also price matched the one we chose and sorted out delivery and installation and took away of the old fridge freezer.
Delivered very quickly at exactly the time stated, installation guys were careful and didn’t rush making sure they did a good job. We are very pleased with the whole service from ordering to installation. Will definitely use this store again.

Fantastic chaps came to fit washer, dryer and freezer. Nothing phased them. Polite and just got on with the job, very clean and tidy. Would 100% use again.

We received excellent customer service both in the store and the delivery of the product into our house. We were informed by the fitters when they would be arriving on the day with approximate times - this was very helpful. The service delivery in our home was first rate. Hence we continue to be a loyal customer over many years.

We decided to shop local to support the independent retailer rather than the impersonal Curry's. The lady that served us and advised on the deep freeze was extremely helpful and jolly. The price of the freezer was no more than the larger store. The freezer was delivered free of charge on time with the driver telephoning to let us know he was on his way. He was also very friendly and could see I was disabled so he unpacked it and put it where I wanted. I don't think you would get that service from a group.
