Very friendly efficient men - a credit to the company!

When we visited the showroom we were attended to promptly and shown the items we were looking for, a washing machine. Our questions were answered professionally and after making a decision the paperwork was finished quickly with us leaving with the date of installation. We were phoned half an hour before 2 guys arrived during the alocated time. The job was done brilliantly with no mess and we are very satisfied with the whole experience

In store service very helpful and arranged delivery and removal of old appliance.
Delivery men called in advance to say on the way, quickly removed old oven and installed new, checked that it was working.
They even found time to advise me on the most suitable dishwasher that we will be purchasing in the near future. We will definitely purchase from Dacombes of Wimborne.

Great experience all round. Paul from the sales team was extremely knowledgeable on all products and Joe and Jakob who delivered my items, contacted me to say they were on their way and were careful and respectful of my property. At the time of placing my order I was unsure of the date I would need them, once they arrived Dacombes held them in their Store Room so they were ready for me when I needed them.

The perfect end to the Christmas holiday is not the death of your 11 year old dishwasher! With more entertaining to come. Dacombes featured the Which top scoring Bosch dishwasher at the market price and it was in stock. Two days later it was installed and the deceased was removed.

We bought a replacement Bosch washing machine with delivery, installation and recycling of our old machine. The price of the machine and the additional services were very competitive. They delivered the machine and did the installation, including stacking, on time and in less than an hour on the day. Their team was excellent. Great service at a low price !

Arrived on time. Handled cooker with care as quite a tight route to the kitchen. Very pleasant and helpful. Also sorted out our TV which had had a 'funny turn ' on the programming/computer part. Very knowledgeable delivery team. We were very impressed. Brilliant service will always buy from them.

From my first phone call explaining that my 104 year old mum needed a new slimline integrated dishwasher i experienced professional and helpful advice. The small delay in getting the new dishwasher fitted was totally acceptable. The two young employees (Ed and Joe i believe) were polite, friendly and extremely helpful. They removed the old machine and very quickly assembled the new machine and put on the integrated door. They tested the machine and ran through the instructions with me before leaving. Very efficient and delightful young men.

Our old fridge needed replacement - Dacombes provided us with exactly the larder fridge that we needed at a competitive price
New unit was delivered as stated, unpacked and our old fridge taken away.
Great to have such a good supplier with parking only two minutes drive away
