Footstool arrived with damaged wooden legs and what a process to try to get them replaced! Eventually they did send four new legs but hope that they've addressed their quality control department.

Fast delivery of fabric samples - I just have to try and choose the chairs now which is difficult as there’s so many I love.

Kept me informed of transportation issues and rectified them quickly. Great service and I love my lamp table and mirror they look amazing. Special thanks to Helen who I spoke to in the main about my order.

Every piece of I have purchased has received so many compliments already from guests. Our bed took a little longer to arrive than we’d have hoped, but it’s stunning and we are so happy with it! We’ve purchased the Monica bed, the Toronto bedside tables, the Russo coffee table and the Riley pendant lights so far and all of them have been incredible!

Quick delivery was kept up to date at all time ,packed well ,delivery drivers very nice .

Very poor. Lied to in store. Then placed order online and then queried with customer services, no reply.

Mixed review, while the furniture is top quality and we love the few pieces we have over the years, the customer service is very difficult to deal with and made it impossible for us to add £2k additional furniture to an existing order without paying for double delivery (in the same van at the same time) or cancelling the original order and loosing the delivery slot .

We had identical discussions with other furniture shops who bent over backwards to ensure multiple orders were combined into one delivery for us.

Can’t fault the products, customer service poor.

We chose the Lani bed in olive velvet in a double as it was what I had in mind style wise and because the installation video looked doable. The bed is quite a presence in the room, looks very luxurious and serms very sturdy. We slept on it for a week now. I also like that it is all cushioned so I can't bump into sharp corners. The ottoman function is working easily to open and close. The only thing to be mindful of is that it took us more than double the suggested building time. Compared to other companies we looked at, the pistols are already installed which was helpful. It was our first time shopping with Danetti and I definitely would recommend them as communication was great and delivery was smooth.

Website was easy to search. I sent for swatches before I bought, which arrived quickly. Having chosen the bar stools and colour I wanted, I ordered easily online. The next day, I received a phone call, by a human being (!), who arranged delivery when it suited me. Very speedy delivery. I was impressed.
The bar stools were easy to assemble - even at my 78 years old age and female!!
They are beautiful and very comfortable. Definitely worth the money, as they were a little more pricey than others I had seen.

Beautiful sofa, the quality is amazing, colour, fabric was exactly what I was looking for.
From start to finish, kept up to date with my delivery date, emails days before with time slot & a phone call on the day 20 minutes before arrival. The 2 delivery guys was very helpful & placed it in the room I wanted it in.

Sent the below email with photos twice over the past 2 weeks still no response.

We received our chairs last week and assembled them. They do look lovely however the one has Marks in the fabric at the back of the chair.

Let me know what can be done as we already waited 5 months for them to arrive.

Couldn’t be more pleased with our Austin table and Serena chairs, which exude quality and style and look more expensive than they are. With helpful advice in the showroom before purchasing, timely delivery and great customer service sorting out a minor niggle, Danetti came up trumps once again. We’ll be back!

Excellent Quality Product

Delivery was good. 2 people unloaded and bought to the required room. Unfortunately what let this order down is attaching the legs. It said it takes 15 minutes. Unfortunately the holes did not match up perfectly so took ages to put on. Also the material hadn’t been cut away from the holes so it was very bulky trying to screw in the screws with the key provided. My son and I managed to get them bolted on, took ages. The sofa and the love seat when completed are lovely. I was pleased with the quality of the material. They look very stylish in my craft/snug room. They are very firm, and not that comfortable for me. Good for occasional use.
