Really amazing good quality chairs a key feature in our kitchen

It was well worth visiting the Danetti showroom to sit on the different bar stools before purchase. We are very pleased with our choice which arrived on time and well packaged.

The delivery process went smoothly and I am very pleased with my purchase. The chair looks more expensive and the quality and feel is better than expected. It adds the perfect touch to the bedroom.

We are delighted with the table. However, after seeking advice, you may wish to consider making it a factor to advise future purchases that they will need to construct the table themselves. It is apparently open to question whether various Consumer Acts could be breached in that at no time was this pointed out at the time of purchase. There is also the question whether a non professional person putting together the table would have any redress under guarantee if something were to go wrong as a result of incorrect construction by them. Otherwise, the table is a great addition.

My first experience ordering from Danetti.
Saw a sofa on line that i liked the look off, the measurements were right for my room and the price was great.....so I took the risk and ordered it.
I was so pleasantly surprised. Delivery was really quick and the sofa was easy to assemble and is comfortable.

Excellent chair, very well made. Fantastic company, samples of fabric sent to help make choice. Perfect size. I absolutely love it and would highly recommend the chair and the company. The delivery service was also brilliant, kept us informed every step of the way with choice of delivery day and time slots. Delivery men were punctual, polite and helpful. An all round fantastic experience and I can’t praise Danetti enough. Thank you.

Great experience in the showroom, dreadful communication re delivery, order was cancelled by danetti just before delivery, then reinstated when I called. 5 weeks later no delivery, phoned again, delivery arrived with wrong sofa and 7 items missing. Phoned again another delivery sent with right sofa, 6 chairs with 4 bases and a random armchair. Another item arrived via a different courier. After another call the chair bases are arriving a week later. Hopefully. Everyone I've spoken to has been very polite but delivery is hopeless.

Incorrect colour sent and customer service very slow to respond and still not sorted

Ordered a king size bedframe. Only 2 out of the 3 boxes arrived! Was not impressed. I phoned customer services who resolved the issue and delivered the remaining box on my requested delivery day. Although I am very happy with the bed the whole experience was slight spoilt by the box missing and being stuck with very large boxes in my hallway for 3 days. I have just had a call from customer service to offer a refund on the delivery charge. Much appreciated

Easy online ordering experience with goods delivered very quickly by two very polite delivery men.

We are very pleased with our purchase. The dining chairs are so lovely and go well with our existing dining table.

Product quality was excellent

A great website with accurate imagery, descriptions and dimensions, the product as delivered exceeded our expectations. Beautifully made and robust, worth every penny. The packaging was superb and the two young men from your contract delivery company kept us fully informed of the ETA and were very polite. We will look to use Danetti for future purchases.

This was my first experience with Danetti. Their unique designs and products stand apart from other furniture brands- there is creativity involved at all levels, unlike other British furniture makers. The website too is aesthetically designed. Placing an order was seamless and smooth.

What impressed me most about Danetti are three aspects: the quality of their products, availability of the products for immediate delivery (unlike other brands who’d take months), and the unmatched packaging in which furniture were delivered- it showed the utmost care they’d invested in delivering their valuable goods to the customer.

I would definitely recommend if you are looking for quality furniture and experience with value for the money you spend.

Ordered bed on 15/1 with website stating 3 to 5 weeks lead time, once I’d paid your confirmation email said 7 to 9 weeks. I phoned you and you said on the phone don’t worry just call once it’s arrived and we will financially reimburse you for the delay.

You then extended the lead time again via email on the 19/2, I called again and you mentioned just call once arrived, we understand and we will partial refund as I mentioned cancelling the order.

The third delay was on the 6/3 via email.

I make it over 9 weeks and you said it would be 3 to 5 weeks, after you promised a partial refund to not cancel the order.

It took 4 phone calls and 5 emails for the refund after them being adamant they had fulfilled delivery requirements and then trying to fob me off by directing me to the trading standards until I pulled all my evidence together, they finally paid out.
