Ordering was really easy

Ordering was really easy, I’d viewed on my laptop, added an item to my basket then we went away for the weekend and talked about it on the journey. I looked in my emails and you’d sent me a seen something you liked email. We’ve saved it in your Basket and another email with a pro forma invoice and I could just click on that and pay without having to even remember my password. Delivery company contacted me within 48 hours and I had my furniture within 4 days of ordering. What more could you ask for!

Shopping at Danetti

This is the first time I had ordered anything from Danetti. I was somewhat reluctant as I felt the 3 bar stools were slightly expensive but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the stools. The ordering process was simple and straightforward and the delivery to Northern Ireland was indeed just a matter of days. The company kept me informed of delivery date and the carrier updated me on a regular basis.
I would highly recommend this company on what turned out to be a very pleasant shopping experience.

The dining chairs we ordered

The dining chairs we ordered, despite the five week delivery time, arrived on time, well packaged and of excellent quality.
Well made and worth the wait. Straight out the box. Seriously good quality furniture at a competitive price.
I have no hesitation in ordering online with this company. Not cheap but worth the price.
They sell some really nice furniture worth paying a little more for.

Very poor experience from start to finish.
We ordered a Lenora bed listed as available on the Danetti website and paid £45 for a two-man delivery service. The original delivery was scheduled for Saturday 14 March, however no confirmation or communication was received for that date.
I contacted Danetti on 16 March and was advised that the delivery company would be in touch within 24 hours. This did not happen. Over the following two weeks, I had to chase multiple times via email and phone calls just to understand what was going on.
Eventually, a new delivery slot was arranged for this week. Unfortunately, this also failed. The delivery company (AIT) cancelled on the day, claiming they “could not access the address.” This is completely inaccurate. The property has clearly marked delivery access, with permitted parking, and we have never experienced any issues with any other courier.
The real issue appeared to be the driver’s inability to correctly interpret basic road signage, as they repeatedly insisted the area was a bus lane when it is not. Communication was also extremely difficult, as neither the driver nor the assistant spoke sufficient English to follow directions.
We also had multiple calls back and forth with both the driver and their main office, who were attempting to assist, but despite this the delivery was not completed. This points to a wider failure in coordination and organisation.
I had already requested a refund of the delivery fee due to the significant delay, but no one took responsibility. At this stage, I will now be requesting a full refund.
For a £750 bed plus £45 delivery, I would expect a reliable and professional service. Instead, this has been time-consuming, stressful, and ultimately unsuccessful.
I would strongly advise others to consider alternative companies if timely and reliable delivery is important

Bed - very poor delivery

Having set a delivery date when I placed the order I rang the day before to be told that it appeared my order had not been submitted to the warehouse and so would not be delivered on the date agreed . There then followed a series of confusing texts and emails which implied the bed would be delivered the following day - it wasn’t and yet again I had to ring to sort out . So having wasted 2 days waiting at home for the delivery I was not best pleased and received no apology!!
Love the bed but dismissal customer service !!

Poor delivery experience

Poor delivery experience. Delivery slot came through very late the evening before (10.30pm). Company didn't call when near by and when I asked for them to take away the packaging I was asked for a tip. They did eventually remove packaging leaving a complete mess in my hall. Also very disappointed that for expensive chairs that I have to put them together myself which I hadn't realised. I expect that from Ikea but not at Danetti prices. very disappointed

Amazing experience

Amazing experience , visited the store and found everyone very helpful glad i did as i changed me mind about the orginal chair and tried a lovely leather spacious chair which when i sat it was amazing not something i would have picked online. the chair was a must the colour i chose had a 19 week wait but decided not to compromise glad i didn't as it only took 4and half weeks. the chair is amazing so pleased i got it i had a query following the delivery which customer service quickly rectified. Excellent service, high quality items its a dream chair . Highly recommend

Quality issues with dining table and accent chair

Quality issues with two of three items (dining table and accent chair) delivered 46 days ago and still no closer to a resolution. Still waiting on them to arrange for an ‘Independent Engineer’ to come out and look at the products but would have been quicker sending replacements from China. The website makes claims about ‘quality furniture’ and ‘dedicated customer support’ but unfortunately it's a case of style over substance.

I ordered furniture in January - still not arrived!

I ordered furniture several weeks ago. Was told it would be 2-3 weeks, and then got a message to say will be delayed further. On the day that it was meant to be delivered the logistics company told me it had not been dispatched from the supplier. I placed a second order before this on the understanding that that was in stock - no update on that order. The only thing that has worked with them is that they took my money immediately! But more than 2 months later I still havnt got my furniture and the customer services team have not got back to me either. Be prepared for a long wait and no information if you order anything from here!

Update to my review. Furniture finally arrived today and despite my frustration with the wait I have to say the furniture is better than I expected. Really lovely and exactly as pictured. So it was worth the wait !

The worst shopping experience I have…

The worst shopping experience I have ever had!!!!

Not sure the following headache shopping experience at Danetti will help any other customers in the future. But I do hope Danetti will sort out all management skills. People don’t spend £3100 to buy a headache!!

1. Purchased just over £3100 furniture in the show room on Sunday 8 March. Assistant made a fatal error by charging us the wrong and cheaper item

2. Before we were leaving the premises , we spotted the error , went straight back to the young sales assistant.. he realised his mistake , we were expecting to pay the large difference £410 there and then ,but to our shocking surprise , he offered to waived the difference. Didn’t believe he had the authority to do so, but he was very clear on leaving the issue with him that he would straighten the error and waive the difference

3. From there onwards it was road to hell, sales team bombarded me with phone calls and emails asking for the £410 difference. Sales manager told me if I didn’t want to accept the difference, she would be quite happy to cancel the whole order for me. (Great customer service)

4. Because we had bought 6 items from Danetti , needed them for Easter family gathering, by cancelling them it would result for further shopping and searching, therefore I didn’t argue any further. Paid the £410 asap. Asking for before 17 March delivery which was originally agreed…

5. After 3 unbelievable failed deliveries , all due to products were not fund at warehouse,
then the 4th attempt, Danetti sent two amateur drivers, dropped the 120kg table TWICE right in front of my eyes.
During the chaos, I had to ask my builders to help them, not knowing if the table was damaged nor the drivers were hurt

6. Informed Danetti immediately , Again I was told to send in some videos and pictures to show if there were any damaged. Danetti Delivery Ops Manager told me sometimes with the extendable table being dropped, the vibration could jam the mechanism. Advised me to fill in the form with videos and pictures.. they would send a furniture technician to fix it

7. Since the day I submitted the form, all I got was emails and emails again to ask for pictures and videos

The result is after 3 weeks of painstaking processes. No one has come to fix the dinning table which cost £1249, and we still can not use the extension on both sides

Unacceptable customer service , Danetti is running an unprofessional Furniture store
(Order no: 356247) just in case Danetti can not find my order

Lovely design and customer service

Updated review :

Although the company was unable to honour my request for a leg replacement, their handling of the issue with the unstable frame was excellent. They contacted me almost immediately, took the time to talk through the problem, and arranged for a replacement chair to be sent within 48 hours.

The new chair works perfectly and looks great. Throughout the process, the team was polite, helpful, and efficient. Overall, a very positive experience despite the initial issue.

Unfortunately, there’s an issue with one of the chairs — the leg or frame seems wonky, so it’s uneven and only three legs actually touch the floor, which is quite disappointing.

I was also hoping to get a matching armchair in the same design, especially as the dining chairs come in brass or stainless steel options. However, the company doesn’t sell individual replacement legs, doesn’t offer any option to switch finishes during manufacturing, and wouldn’t share the supplier details.

Overall, nice design and comfort, but let down by the quality issue and lack of flexibility.
