What a joke of a company. I have been with them for 12 years .
Because they have switched their payment method where now apple pay, google pay and normal online payments are going out in 2 seperate withdraw, they are telling me that my sales funds from last week is not going to be deposited this week and instead they will send it next week due to them switching their payment methods and these issues apparently happens.
I have bills, employees to pay and other inventory payments to do but now they are not giving me my own money.
Instead they are keeping it for another extra week and god knows what they are doing with my money interest or something.
Wouldnt ever recommend going with them.
If you go with Foodhub they are their partners in payments so wouldnt ever recommend them both.

Didn't sign up with them but with foodhub.
Now datman is charging £23 a week with no current or potential benefit.
Cant cancel that with foodhub or datman, just passing to different department every time!!
Appears on my bank account, the trouble is that I don't order takeaways because of allergies. Luckily this scam was prevented by my bank.
We’re a business (AJ Pizza’s) that received an order through Foodhub, which was processed by Datman. The order was fully prepared and delivered to the customer as requested.
However, the customer later disputed the transaction. Despite us providing evidence that the order was fulfilled, Datman refunded the payment to the customer without giving us a clear justification. This left our business at a loss.
What makes this experience even more frustrating is that Datman charges high processing fees — yet when it comes to handling disputes, the support has been minimal and one-sided. For the fees charged, we expect a higher standard of service and fairer protection for merchants.
This review is based on a genuine transaction and is intended as constructive feedback. We hope Datman improves their dispute resolution process and offers better support to the businesses that rely on them.

Scam scam scam. It's been 2 years since they dropped of their dinosaur computer. No training, no customer service, debiting my account whenever they feel like. They listed food they imagined on the so-called website they built and put ficticious prices and giving my customers run around. Scammers
Absolute scam artists! Unfortunately another similar review to the several before this. They kept telling me that they are having technical issues with the refund but still nothing back now after more than a month. Do not trust what any of them say especially Hafsa
