A zero if possible. Ordered food online, Foodhub notified me the order had been cancelled and Datman sent me an email stating a refund was being initiated. Datman still charged my account and no refund. Contacting Datman customer service to follow up on my refund was a waste of time because I got generic responses (probably autogenerated) asking for more time to process the refund. It’s been almost a month. Foodhub also are no help either as I’ve been in contact with them to try resolve this. They’re regurgitating Datman responses. Either highly incompetent or (most likely) outright scammers.
Just rubbish They are not allowing taking payment over £100 can be good for amateurs and kids but not professionals even not suitable for semi professionals

Same experience as others. Multiple emails from Hafsa saying they've got a technical issue and thanks for my patience. Clearly they're not refunding my money. I'm going to see the Retailer.
Absolute thieves. Took our money for an online food order, then canceled the order. Still no refund, just excuses.
Complete JOKE! Still no refund in to my bank account. Several emails from them telling me they don't know where the money has gone. Never will I use FoodHub again!!
Absolute scam, same issue as everyone else it seems. Your order get cancelled by the store and then they never refund your money. They just keep sending the same email that there has been a delay and it will take 5-7 days for the refund to come through. It has been well over a month and after about 16 back and forth emails I have gotten nowhere with them.
Great customer service,Hafsa is very polite and helpful also easy way to issue solving.
I would like to share a concerning experience with Datman, the payment merchant we used on our website. When customers placed orders, they were automatically canceled, yet the money was still deducted from their accounts. Despite contacting Datman numerous times, our customers are still waiting for refunds after two months. This issue has severely impacted our business, causing us to lose 50% of our customers. Unfortunately, some customers have taken to social media to spread negative reviews, believing we are at fault for the missing funds. This situation has damaged our reputation, although the root cause lies with Datman, whom our customers are unaware of. We urge potential businesses to be cautious when considering Datman as a payment solution.
I raied a query relating to a credit card transaction and Datman's agent, Atif Azam, quickly came back with the answer. What a star!
I've a business in Australia and used foodhub service to manage all the online ordering so basically customer place an order through foodhub made an online payment through foodhub once payment gone through they will send order to us, we cooked and shortly will be their driver to get food delivery to customers, the incident date that got the chargeback was 22/1/24 I've got around 20 orders chargeback exactly same time I mean even seconds also same which is weirds I know since then there are somethings wrong but being told to stay calm what happened is the credit card holder disputes to their bank they didnt used the card to purchased food I was being told by DATMAN which is I never deal anythings with DATMAN before anyway after chargeback still keep going I gotta pause online ordering its no point to cook for free, and yes foodhub and DATMAN they are relating somehow I didn't have a feeling they gonna take any responsibitily on the fraud chargeback,and try to be smart by using wording "they will help us whatever they can" or "my restaurant being a target" took me 4 months to stay patients with their excuses its 4 months already what mine business loss from the funny chargeback is around $10k and the incident didnt happened to me only I heard its Australia wide so there a couples thousand business that used foodhub services let say 1000 shops x $10,000 = that 10 Millions no wonder in past 4 months nothings has been work out or update from them at all so anyone was in my situations I think its time to file a report before they shut down conpany, I've been asking other payment gateway company what do they do for cases like this and they said clearly they will take responsibility same as uber eats, Doordash or Menulog customer might disputes after place and order through platforms they do take responsibility or even customers pay direct to us if they gonna raise a disputes give a reason card was stolen...right? but I never got those problem at all
Any business about to join them better think carefully or I suggested negotiating with them on payment gateway company and chooses company that professional, reliable and take responsible when they needed to, I give you an answer No you can't because bra bra bra reason but in fact they are parents company, they are not different from scammer while the online payment problem still not solves rather than leave DATMAN and find a new payment gateway partner any company that have a strong security systems what they do is couple thousand business that been used their service I believed has hold everything until money has been paid off, Foodhub they do online marketing heavily on all platforms try to get new innocent customers while nothing has been fixed yet new customers have to take a risks with DATMAN anyone knows where to report to Gov departments pls just try to fwd to them early this year I was behind cash flow so kinda needed this $10k to pay rent etc they really dont care
Awful service. Restaurant accepts order, takes money then cancels. You get an email from these saying you’ll get your money back in 3-5 days leaving you out of pocket. The customer service team offer zero assistance at all

Restaurant refused our order but £60 was taken from bank which left us no dinner and no more money to order from somewhere else. Money should not be taken until order is accepted !! Then told 5-7 working days to get a refund. Won’t be using anywhere that uses this payment system ever again !!!!! Joke
