I was scammed by this company out of £37.41 I have never even heard of them and never ever ordered takeaways in my life, luckily the bank picked this up and I had to cancel my bank card,

Still waiting despite many emails
I wish that I could give them minus marks
Like Mel Gibson in Payback all that I want is my money back

I placed an order for a takeaway for £40, but they happened to be closed. I was sent an email saying I'd be refunded between 3-5 days. It's now 11 days and not received my refund. After numerous emails, DATMAN told me that I should take the issue up with my bank as they were at fault - this is nonsense (according to Halifax banking) Tried calling DATMAN and nobody answers. Nasty scammers

Order placed for food using this platform. The payment was taken 3 times from my bank account. No response from Datman what so ever. Everytime I rang them they cut me off. DO NOT USE any service that uses this platform.

Order placed for food, food delivered very late and returned, refund asked for, company now say that they did not receive the money despite me supplying evidence, basically crooks and have cost the restaurant a customer as i will never use again as long as they use this ordering site, think hard if you want to keep customers

I am horrified by the responses on my live chat.
I have been insulted and demeaned when I sent a very polite message asking for confirmation of my order after more than an hour.
I suffer from extreme anxiety and have never been spoken to in this way and would never do anything to instigate this kind of response.
I am now unable to eat the food due to panic attack as a result of the messages I have recieved from this company. In all likelihood I will never feel comfortable to order a take away for my children again.
I am completley distraught and offended and even though I asked to be given the necessary link to complain, I was treated like a criminal.

Scammers stay away .Waiting over 3 months to get paid and it has been excuses after excuses.DONT USE!

DATMAN IS A SCAM. BUSINESS WITH THEM FOR NEARLY 2 YEAR BUT ONE DAY I WAS INFORM BY MY BANK THAT DATMAN HAS RAISE AN FRAUD AGAINST ME ????? WHAT ?? NO EXPLANATION FROM DATMAN OR COMMUNICATION BEFORE HAND! SEND 3 COMPLAINTS EMAIL WITH NO RESPOCE AT ALL ! !

Datman seems to be the parent company of Foodhub? Takeaway.je takes you to their website. I paid 24 pounds for a takeaway but when I called the takeaway to ask where the food was they said they didn't even work with this company anymore and that they had been scamming the restaurant! They have a website that basically lies and tells you your order has been accepted and the food is being prepared when that clearly wasn't true. Anyway, Datman has basically fraudulently taken 24 pounds of my money. It's clearly not a legitimate business.

Absolute scam of a company, I waited 2 weeks nearly for my refund until I emailed them I got a response after 3 days explaining my refund was never created and they would process it now and to wait another 3 days.
