One criticism though for Deakins
today ...
Ian turned up at 8 am, we were booked in for between 10-12, 8 am was the original time offered, but we refused as it was too early, someone in the office obviously forgot to write it down, I was still in my Pj's 🙄 😬 👎
(Not Ian's fault of course)

So helpful and reassuring on the telephone, Ian who came was very professional, able to ask ‘stupid’ questions with ease, nothing too much trouble. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ first class service thank you, Lynn.

Brilliant service from Muz at original visit and from everyone involved since. That’s the ladies in the office who remained pleasant when dealing with my technophobic questions, Chris Deakin for answering my questions, Rob and two electrians ( sorry I didn’t get names) who sorted out my boiler replacement efficiently and professionally. Highly recommend this company

Excellent service and very reliable and professional

We had used Deakins a couple of times to service our old boiler and found them to be prompt curteous and transparent. We decided to get a new boiler when our 13 year old boiler started to give us problems. They explained.it could be repaired and were given an approximate cost of the repairs. We were.not pressured in any way and we decided it was time for a new boiler. Within a couple of weeks our new boiler was up and running. Fitted in one day and was checked the following morning. There was minimal mess and cleaned up by the lovely fitter. He was kind and patiently went through all the instructions, checked all our times were good and adjusted the hot water to suit us. The ladies in the office are fantastic and very easy to talk to. would reccomend Deakins 100%.

Deakins have looked after our plumbing & electrical needs over several years & we wouldn't go anywhere else. Recently they replaced our combi boiler with a new one & the process was easy & efficient from the start. Chris is very knowledgeable & helped us to decide which boiler was the best for us and Adam & his team were very professional & installed the boiler with the minimum amount of disruption to us.

Excellent service, I was made aware of everything that was being done and why it was being done, I can thoroughly recommend this company, engineer was really polite and friendly.

Waited just a few days for an engineer to call. There were two of them as Maz was new to the company. Both men were very kind and took a great deal of trouble to explain what had gone wrong. They chatted through our options and were were left in no doubt what they were. I've used this company three times now and I wont be going anywhere else. Deakins electrical engineers attended an emergency call out within 1 hr. Ian and Micky did a great job. Prompt, Professional, Polite. I have used Deakins on a number of occasions over the last two years and recommend them very highly.

Deakins came to our rescue when our 15 year old boiler needing replacing 2 weeks before Christmas. They managed to get a survey and quote, scheduled and completed the work, slotting us in during a very busy period. Very happy with the installation, and even managed to fix two radiators not working for a number of years

We are SO proud of what Deakin did with our amazing new vertical radiator, which was placed on a different wall to allow the heating to warm up without being blocked by the table. This design had been problematic for a long time in a typical living room with a radiator on the wrong wall! The room is so warm, and the work done was impeccable. We shall use them again for future radiators!

I employed Deakin's to install wiring to two picture lights. The job was not straightforward. Tom and Mickie arrived on time. They took time to fully explain the requirements of the job and then undertook the work to a first class standard. Many thanks for a great job.

Adam and his apprentice did a wonderful job of replacing a boiler. The kitchen was left so tidy I would scarcely have known that they had been here if it was not for a shiny new boiler on the wall.

Adam fitted us a new boiler this week. Service was excellent and he went through how it all works. And he rebuilt the boxing around the boiler and left everything looking as it did before. Many thanks!

Superb customer service! I received a reminder that the boiler service was due. I made the appointment. As requested, the engineer (Neil Dawson) called to say he was on his way. He arrived on time. He was extremely polite and explained exactly what he was doing. As the pressure was low he explained that he needed to check/bleed the radiators. He showed me how to re-set the temperature/time clock etc. Highly recommend Deakins!

Call out for leaking cistern: same day service within 4 hours which was excellent. Replacement parts sourced and fitted by Neil (D), work carried out and service exemplary: thanks, Neil (and Deakins) for a good job!
