I book quite a lot of my holidays with D2, especially to the Middle East. They always have the best prices and their website is easy to use with lots of options.

Just booked another holiday with Nadine. She was so patient looking for the best offers and tailoring the holiday to our needs. She gave good advice on the length of stay and also the proximity of the accommodation to restaurants and sight seeing etc.,

Steven Jones answered my enquiry by phone. He listen to what I wanted to book, where, when & at what cost. He prepared 2 quotes for me to show a difference in B & B & Half board to show me that hardboard was better value. After considering both quotes, I contacted Steven again who then gave me another quote for everything the same but too include the ‘executive lounge’. All was booked, confirmed & email confirmation received within 49 minutes. Thank you Steven.

I booked my holiday with destination 2 as I am not good online I called and spoke to STEPHEN who went extra mile to get this sorted for me. I had to wait for leave and was confused on destination too but he had so much patience and kept in touch to get everything sorted. He is a true assesst to your customer service . I booked a package holiday with Destination2, but unfortunately my flight was one of those affected by the air traffic control issues.

Despite contacting Destination2 as soon as I became aware that my flight had been cancelled, I received virtually no support or assistance during what became an extremely stressful 24 hours. No callbacks were made, there was no follow-up contact, and I was left to deal with the situation myself.

What was particularly disappointing was that Destination2 did not notify either my accommodation or the transfer company about the cancelled flight and my delayed arrival. I was extremely fortunate that, when I eventually reached my destination, the hotel reception staff were able to reinstate my booking.

I have since submitted a formal complaint by email, but so far I have received no response.

I have booked several holidays through Destination2 in the past, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Sadly, after the complete lack of support and communication when I genuinely needed their assistance, this will be the last holiday I book with them.
