One disappointment is having to do the dance every year to achieve the best price. I’ve been using DL for many years and like the customer service and policy cover. Most surprised how much I saved a comparison site company and got far better cover than my renewal was giving me.

Who does the admin
I am always surprised that these surveys are asked for. I could have just ignored the email.
Considering that I used a comparison site for best option for my need I did 90/95% of admin. Companies should consider the low cost element with this process and maybe have it reflected in the final cost.
It probably wont happen.
