I ordered and chose a day to receive the package, having previously agreed with my boss to take the day off, ( losing a paid working day). choosing the time I gave two weeks on front to receive the parcel. ( so that everything could be organized well) on this day I received two notifications about receiving the parcel today., around 11.00 I called them back to find out the exact time of receiving the parcel and received confirmation from 11.45-14.45. around 14.00 I contacted them again to find out approximately how many friends I need to move the pizza oven to my garden as I it weighs 400kg. ( and received anser 4-6man and a good wish in using the pizza oven on the weekend. ( thank you). as a result around 17.00 I received a call that the driver checked my street via Google Maps and cannot bring me my parcel because he has 18t truck ( what is nonsense because we had construction unloading on larger trucks and have no problems. as a result they promised to call back in 20 minutes and try to bring it on a smaller van . but unfortunately I never received a call or a package. very disappointed with their organization.

We can see that you were contacted by the courier on Saturday 5/9 to advise of the issue with delivery. Our Dispatch team will not have been back in the office until today, Monday 7/9, and we can see that they have been in touch with the courier as of this morning to ensure that the delivery was rebooked today on a suitable vehicle.
While problems with our delivery partners are thankfully rare, we do stress that this will have been a third-party courier and any requested delivery dates or time slots provided are estimates. As in this instance, we do everything we can as the retailer to try and ensure that deliveries go as smoothly as possible, and can only apologise for any disappointment in this instance.

I ordered a Axon Verona Masonry…
I ordered a Axon Verona Masonry Barbecue with Side Table on the 3rd of July, it arrived yesterday (6th of August)
They were very good at communicating the whole time when we wanted an update on the bbq, we thought it might be around 14/20 days delivery so a little later than what we wanted but lucky we still have a heat wavebto enjoy it for the rest of the summer. I’ve purchased from here before and would use again as customer service is good and all the staff are friendly.
