Good offer especially as much cheaper than existing one. There is a 2 month delay on claims that wasn’t mentioned till last minute I think they should be more transparent about that.

Easy to transact
Easy to transact. However when I tried to book the annual boiler service call I waited a long time for the telephone to be answered. A recorded message telling me all calls are important doesn't align with the wait for the call to be answered. Management need to review call waiting times and either change the message - play music - or reduce call waiting times to support "calls are important"

Poor start
Online process easy but I am on the 3 rd day trying to book a boiler service ! Over 6 calls waiting on hold for 10/15 minutes with no answer not giving me any confidence in my purchase as will it be the same service if I need a repair ?

According to our phone conversation, my Dyson was supposed to be delivered on Monday, October 5th. Unfortunately, I still haven't received it. I contacted the shipping company, and they stated that the package was never handed over to them. Please look into this matter.

This review is for the sales process as I have just taken out cover. I dealt with George, who was incredibly helpful and talked me through the various options. He gave me the space to consider my choices so I wasn't rushed into a decision.
George was a true professional—approachable and authentic at the same time. On top of that, the price was lower than quoted on the site, so it really is worth engaging with them.
All calls were arranged at times around me and every commitment was met without fail. A great experience to date, and a big shoutout to George for being so helpful
