Engineer was professional but pleasant
Engineer was professional but pleasant. He explained what he was doing, he let me know the pressure had dropped so he fixed that for and it stopped my taps banging and my tap dripping so I am very happy. So I know myself and my family are safe and my boiler is working good.

I was very surprised at the competitive price
I was very surprised at the competitive rate you offered. I looked no further when your agent gave me the details. The price was nearly half as much as I was paying with my supplier and had a couple more benefits. Your company was not one I associated with central heating cover and only found it on a comparison web site but I'm very pleased I did. Your agent was very polite and helpful. I hope I'm going to stay with your company for a long time.

Boiler service
The company that did the boiler service ( FIXX) were easy to talk to and gave a good idea of the engineer's arrival time.
The engineer ( Lewis) was great. Very friendly, tidy workman, and explained what he was doing as well as giving me a couple of tips about radiator maintenance.
A great job, and no issues at all.

I’m really impressed with the boiler…
I’m really impressed with the boiler and appliance cover. The cover is clear, and great value for money. A special mention goes to Luke, the customer advisor who helped me — he was absolutely excellent. Professional, patient, and genuinely keen to make sure everything was set up properly. His support made the whole experience smooth and stress free.
