Tricked into a subscription for an inferior product with ZERO customer service except through BOTS.

APPALLING customer service.
Unethical business practices.
Revolting product scent

I brought this product and it says it supposed to last 30 days. But I think it las a week. I can not smell it it anymore.

This product looks nice but that’s it. Don’t waste your money. Get a cheap one from the convenience store. The money for this project is spent on advertising and packaging because the actual product sucks. Didn’t last 5 days. Complete waste of money.

Unfortunately the product is really good but it is not clear AT ALL at the time of purchase that this is a monthly subscription. Who needs monthly car fresheners???? Do not support companies that use these misleading business tactics. Shame on them.

It took almost 2 weeks because of zip code error. It was fixed and your staff said it was fix and still did not get product.
Trying to contact is difficult. Can not find and email and chat does not show up all the time.

Do not buy from this company.
You dont get what you paid for.
The "linen" pants are actually very thin, poor quality cotton - you couldnt even use it as a rag.

So far they have been unwilling to refund.

Horrible customer service! Signed up for subscription and never received any of my orders for 2 months. Was told I could not get a refund. It is a total scam! Each time I contacted customer service they said they would send out a replacement and that was never received either. Don't waste your time or money! Someone needs to investigate this company for fraud!

Scammed into a subscription. I cancelled it and then got an email to say that my order is on the way, so I have cancelled again. Product is nothing special and costs a fortune. Furious is not the word!

Like others have said, you get locked into a subscription without even realizing it. When you try to cancel, their website conveniently crashes at the final step, making it impossible to get out of the subscription. Feels completely intentional and very unfair.

Buyer Beware. I made a one time purchase and they automatically billed me for a subscription service without my approval. Once I discovered they had be billing me for a subscription, I emailed them to cancel the subscription that they had forced upon me. They confirmed that they would cancel my subscription but continued to bill me for 2 additional months anyway. They denied my request for reimbursement of the charges they made after confirming my cancellation. I would not recommend purchasing from Drift due to the deceitful nature of their business practices.

Negative one instead of one star. WHATEVER YOU DO, DON’T BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!! First, you never receive the package! Next, it’s difficult to reach a live agent. Lastly you have to have an active monthly subscription to even get a product!!! This is THE WORST FRAUD ever!!! Be safe and trust reviews before throwing money away. Pathetic. Reporting to BBB

Product was ok but you think you making a single purchase wjhen in fact they are signing you up for a monthly subscription service. I didn't know until a further payment came out when I hadn't purchased anythign. Their contact form doesn't work on their website and of course, no phone number so had to cancel through my bank. AVOID

Product never came. Impossible to get in contact with them about it. Also was signed up to a subscription (I didn’t choose this) which I cancelled as soon as I found out as they didn’t even send the first one / can’t trial one to begin.

I purchased two products from this company expecting quality and value for the price I paid, but what I received was nothing more than two plain, lifeless blocks of wood. Absolutely no scent, no freshness — nothing even remotely close to what was advertised. I genuinely regret throwing away the tree air freshener I had been using before, as it was far superior to this excuse of a product.

It's honestly baffling how a company selling something so useless and misleading has made it this far. This feels like an outright scam. There’s no justification for charging this much for something that does absolutely nothing. Just thinking about the money I wasted makes my stomach turn. I feel cheated, and I want to ensure no one else experiences this level of disappointment.

I strongly urge you — DRIFT far, far away from this company. Save your money and your sanity. Products like these should not be on the market, and businesses that operate with such a lack of integrity need to be held accountable. Avoid at all costs.

pls don't buy - no customer service charged me for extra ones - its not 50 % 1st order - refer a friend got nothing promised ! ouch
