Total scam, you order an item then all of a sudden you're signed up for a subscription!? I cancelled my order 4 days before despatch, yet they still sent it. Chargeback going on my car now. Avoid at all costs.

Would give a 0 if I could.
Terrible product smell undetectable within a week & my car is tiny. My £4 one from Asda lasted for weeks.
Contacted them, no response. I then learn I’ve been signed up to an auto subscription & more of their rubbish is on its way.
Caution with this company certainly wish I’d read the reviews.
Hope they go out of business!!!

Froud company hai bhaiyon iske chaker mai mat padna.

Scent lasted literally 2 days. False advertising.

They forgot part of my order and re shipped it which took way too long
And they subscribe you without making you aware and charge your card a month later
And make it hard to cancel your subscription, product is in the trash
Hope it is worth creating a bad reputation for a few dollars in your pocket. Like seriously nothing but scam artists do not order from them

If I could receive less than one star I would. Also scammed. Luckily my father is a consumer rights solicitor and I am confident in getting funds back and hopefully bring some repercussions to the company, it’s not right for a company to do this.

I fall for good marketing and Drift pay a lot for push advertising and have a beautiful website. However, like others, after a single purchase I've been tricked into a subscription which is unacceptable and simply immoral. Delivery takes ages. And the product is beautiful but mine lasted only for just over a week - not the two months they claim. I won't be buying this again.

Unfortunately will sign you up for a subscription you did not want, and you won’t know about until the money is already deducted from your account. Really unfortunate as I actually liked the product and would have repurchased if I had been given a choice. Dishonest company.

This company needs to be shut down immediately, they sign you up to subscription that was never offered to you! I ordered a product once and now have just debited my account again! There is no option to cancel the “subscription I never signed up for” do not buy anything from this company, massive SCAM

As others have said, this is a scam.
They sign you up to a subscription and you can neither pause or cancel on their website.
Just stay clear.

Again hidden subscription which I was not aware of until I had been debited a second time and when you try to cancel it does not allow. Luckily for me I used PayPal so I have had to cancel the payment through them. Worst online purchase I have made in the last 10 years

Sadly I actually love the scents (although they are stupidly overpriced. But the website / service is JUST AWFUL

I wanted to order a diffuser to have the same smell in my house. The diffuser arrived without any scent (which is back to the awful website) - but also with a US plug

Hidden subscription that they do not inform customer about. No proper notification or agreement to any subscription at time of purpose. Company purposely hides the fact that you’re signing up for a subscription to deceive customers and steal their money.

Ordered on the 26th Feb, contacted them and was told my order would be sent out, had an email on the 3rd March to let me know the order has been sent. It's now the 16th March and i haven't had anything. Be very wary of this company.

As many other people said, beware of this company. A single purchase has turned into a recurring subscription that's near impossible to cancel.

It’s a hidden subscription scam. You place an order to try it out and then get a monthly delivery. Not very honest and that reflects on their products. Highly recommend not to purchase. When I received a 2nd order i realized from products reviews that is the companies MO. I emailed them and got back an email confirming my subscription has been cancelled. Now i must wait to see if they did indeed cancel. I will call the bank to issue a fraud alert.

Would not recommend as the subscription is hidden and you’re only aware of it once a second order has been placed without your consent and dispatched. Very sneaky!! Scents are nice but last about 2 weeks which is disappointing. Do not recommend.

Wish I had seen this before ordering. This company scams you into a subscription as they hide the subscription details section making you think you are making a single purchase

Ordered their product back in November 2024 for $42.00 all of a sudden three months later in February they’re charging me $50.00 for something I didn’t even order!!
