While the product is not bad, their business dealing is a scam.

They add you to their subscription without your knowledge and then charge you even after you have cancelled subscription.

Do not buy. Wish I had read the reviews.

Garbage product

Bought two of these car air fresheners. One of them had no smell at all and the other lasted one week.
Rip off. Wont be buying again

Really disappointed lasted no longer than a cheap free one a car wash gives you. Great hype shame product doesn’t live up to it. Won’t buy again

Received a broken item. Did not receive reply to my email for the last 3 months.

Dreadful company. I ordered a product in December 2024 - it never arrived. I sent email last week 21 Jan 2025 - ignored. They then took more money from my account. I am instructing my bank to get my money back tomorrow.

Very surprised i'd signed up for a subscription. Dodgy company, avoid

Definitely got scammed. They must be obfuscating the sign up for a subscription because I never signed up for one. $35 wasted. The product itself wasn’t good either. Scent lasted a few days and could barely smell it. Scammers! Junk!

I did not realise that I was signing up to a subscription service and only wanted to buy a Christmas gift for someone. Surely the way this subscription opt out situation needs looking at. I feel tricked. I’ve received the order today and have had to pay £25 for it which is well over the hat I paid for the original present. I am furious and have requested a refund and return. Lets see what happens

The product itself is mediocre at best. It smells lovely for 1 or 2 days and then wears out. There is literally no scent within the week. When you order, you will be automatically signed up for a subscription. It will be extremely difficult to cancel and customer service is unhelpful. There is no phone number so you will not be able to speak with a live person. They will not work with you. The company has deceptive business practices overall. Once they have your CC information, you are a sitting duck. They will make it very difficult to cancel so you’ll end up with additional charges that they won’t refund. It is not worth it. Do your research and find another, better product with much better customer service.

Waited way to long, said they delivered- when they haven’t - also watch out as added subscription without telling me, so be aware. I won’t be buying anything that pops up on social media anymore.

Do not buy from this company. They are scammers. They set up a subscription without your consent and charge you monthly after you have made the initial purchase. They basically set up a direct debit without you knowing it doesn’t even show on your bank account. When you try and and make an account and cancel the subscription that have not even been aware of the website just freezes or goes onto the initial page without even logging you in. Absolute thieves.

This company is nightmare!
I've been trying to cancel my subscription (which I don't remember signing up for)!
The website is shocking and tries every opportunity to prevent cancellation. Once at the final page the website won't load to allow the cancellation to process. If I have to cancel my card to make sure I don't pay these scammers I will be even more annoyed. Don't touch them unless you wish to pay them forever

This company sets up a subscription without you knowing, it’s done on your first purchase, when I go to cancel the subscription the page doesn’t complete, do not buy from this company, they also do not reply to emails!

I am extremely frustrated with your service. You've deceived me by hiding the subscription opt-in, effectively tricking me into subscribing to a product that holds zero value. This kind of practice is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, when I attempted to cancel the subscription, the process did not work. I don’t want any further deliveries from October onward. Cancel my subscription immediately and refund my money.

Thank you so much for some amazing days. 10/10 .. Really nice rooms, good food and really kind staff. We love your place and hopefully we will be back one day.
