Drift is a great tool, but...

Drift is a great tool, most importantly its free and can't complain. We had to remove it from our website and switch to another provider. The reason was, it makes the website's TTFB to high. In another explanation, drift makes the website slow.

Drift is a great!

Drift is a great conversational marketing tool. Makes it easier for your prospects and customers to connect with someone to get their questions answered right away. Love the ability to personalize your message for targeted accounts and pages they are visiting. One of the best customer support teams I've experienced as well!

Drift support is the best!

My company is getting ready to launch Drift on our website in the coming week. I have to say, getting set up has been so easy, thanks to the great help of our Customer Success Manager, John R. He has been very helpful and provided video instructions, one-on-one meeting consultations, and quick answers to my email questions. All of the materials he has provided have been easy-to-follow and comprehensive, reflecting how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is to use during set-up. I am so excited for Drift to launch on our site, thanks to all of the great support we've received from John and everyone at Drift!

Indispensable tool, fantastic team!

Drift is a fantastic tool which has quickly enabled us to better capitalise on opportunities generated through website visits. Shannon and Blake have been exemplary in their efforts to help us get up and running and better optimise our playbooks, which has resulted in nearly $2m worth of new business opportunities generated through the chatbot in less than 2 months. Thrilled with the service so far!

Drift intelligently gathers and syncs over information from a customer contact like a name, email address, and phone number to Salesforce which makes the tedious lead creation process easy as 1 2 3. Excellent product!

Drift is one of the most robust and refined livechat platforms we've had the pleasure of integrating. The notification system is intuitive with insightful chat metrics that help contextualize incoming conversations.

The playbooks are amazing for targeting campaign-specific UTM parameters and landing pages with custom botflows.

Drift is definitely built for conversations – while offering scalability for more advanced features.

We were formerly an Intercom customer

We were formerly an Intercom customer. Our account rep (Griffin Casey) leveraged Drift's features and functionality to get our attention and to demonstrate features and functionality. This made it an easy decision to transition from Intercom to Drift. Not only has the Drift team been super responsive, but they're also proactive with ideas and recommendations which has been a tremendous help. I oversee marketing operations and we have a smaller team so having a proactive partner is a necessity.

Great tool to grow Direct Booking!

We use the free version and got a good number of leads in the first week itself.
Now I realise the importance of Chat conversation to improve Direct Hotel Booking.

I got support from 2 people, Gauri and Alison, when we needed to configure desktop app and notifications.

Will use the free version till Hotel business returns back to normal, after Covid 19 lock down is over.

Drift is a 5/5 chat solution.

Hey,

So, my company started using Drift for our chat support requirements a few months ago. I have found this amazing so far. The pipelines make it really easy for me to track the chats for our different products. The filter system to find out my chats and other previous chats works nicely. I like the "Add Internal Note" option and how easily we can just attach files to send them over. Hence, 5 out of 5.
Only one thing that you guys should also involve is the system of LIVE TRANSLATE. Let us say that one of my customer is from Netherlands. So, chats to him should get translated to DUTCH if I enable this feature. This will really make Drift a complete 5 out of 5. You can just use the location tracing feature to find out the country and start the LIVE TRANSLATE feature. It can help me to gather reviews from my customers.

Big fan of Drift

Big fan of Drift! For context, I'm in sales for a small software company.

Of the seemingly infinite number of tools we have, Drift is by far the easiest to learn, and has the coolest, most useful features. PLUS, our Drift representative is so attentive and helpful, which seems somewhat rare as a small business / medium business.

Recommendations:
• Download the mobile app - super helpful! (You'll have to search for "Drift.com Inc." because there are a lot of Drifting game apps.)
• Use live chat to connect with prospects and answer questions as they check out your website.
• Use Drift Video feature to let your leads know you're a real person. (You can also send gifs and screen captures!!)
• Integrate your current lead outreach with Drift to see when prospects are on your website. (I follow this up with a phone call to which leads respond "I was just on your website!")

Easy to use, loads of power and potential

Easy to use, easy to build and easy to integrate with Salesforce!! There's a lot of potential to build pretty involved and almost expert system level ChatBots, even at the lower licence levels and plenty of opportunity to upgrade to AI and full NLP levels :)
