Audi Q3
I had a great experience with Audi Epsom over the past week. Jason in particular was extremely helpful and kept me updated every step of the way — communication was excellent throughout the whole process. They made sure the car was properly prepared before purchase and even added on a few extras. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. They were never "pushy" at all in terms of selling the car to me, they provided me with all information necessary for me to make informed decisions throughout the process. I felt able to ask any questions, no matter how silly the questions seemed, Jason was very approachable. They are highly experienced, very honest too and I cannot fault them at all.
All the paperwork was a very straightforward process and mostly sorted prior to collecting the car.
The car itself is in pristine condition and drives wonderfully - I am very happy with my purchase!
I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly service! Thank you again to Jason and the team for making it such a smooth experience!

Brilliant customer service and quality cars.
I have contacted Ryan to change my old tcross to a bigger car. I've been offered a few options and Ryan helped me to decide. Whole transition was very smooth and effortless. Within a week or so I had my new bigger car. Im very satisfied with Ryan and drift bridge customer service.

Jason Ouveroff- Made the whole process easy from start to finish. He communicated throughout the whole process with honesty and clarity.
The vehicle was immaculately presented, and as advertised. Jason could not do enough to help and delivered against the couple of things I asked to be done.
No hard sales tactics , just a great experience, very welcoming to both my son and dog, would not hesitate to recommend Audi Epsom and Jason.
I have a quality vehicle and am really pleased I made the 1.5hour journey to get it.

I have been a customer of the Driftbridge Group for a number of years and most recently Driftbridge Audi.
