Learning to drive with Michael Witter was a fantastic experience. He was extremely patient and always made me feel at ease behind the wheel, which helped me to build genuine confidence as a driver. After every lesson, he took the time to review notes on our progress so we could target areas to improve, ensuring I felt thoroughly prepared for my test. I couldn't recommend Michael highly enough; he is not only an exceptional instructor, but also a kind, genuine person who made every lesson enjoyable.

Very helpful instructor. He was patient, clear and helped me to gain confidence behind the wheel and prepare for real life situations. I would highly recommend to anyone learning to drive.

Really good helpers on the phone.

I was referred to Elaine Jackson by my sister, who had the highest praise for her and said she was the best driving instructor anyone could ask for. She passed first time, so I thought, okay, I’ll definitely ask Elaine about her availability! And I’m so glad I did because, nine months later, I too passed first time.

Elaine is absolutely brilliant. I started learning at a time when driving tests were few and far between, and I definitely wasn’t the most confident when I first started. However, Elaine builds your confidence up perfectly and always makes you feel like you’re capable of more than you think.

She is always calm and completely in control of any situation, which makes you feel safe and reassured, but she also teaches you to believe in yourself and trust the skills you’ve learned. She doesn’t just teach you how to pass your test — she teaches you how to become a safe, confident and independent driver.

I genuinely couldn’t recommend Elaine enough. If you’re looking for an instructor who is patient, encouraging, very easy to get on with and genuinely invested in helping you succeed, then Elaine is the one. I’m so grateful I was lucky enough to learn with her, and passing first time is something I honestly don’t think I could have done without her!

Dawid Prudzilko 😍😍I cannot recommend my driving instructor enough! From the very first lesson, they were incredibly patient, professional, and honest. Learning to drive can be quite stressful, but their calm and supportive approach instantly put me at ease.
They explained every single detail clearly, boosted my confidence, and made sure I was fully prepared not just to pass the test, but to be a safe, independent driver on the road. Thanks to their fantastic guidance and structured lessons, I passed my driving test on the first attempt!
If you are looking for an honest, trustworthy, and truly brilliant instructor who genuinely cares about your success, look no further. 5 stars all round! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have recently passed my test with Alison at drive Johnson. I have struggled with my confidence learning how to drive and she was the one I needed to get me there and to pass. She made me feel confident and we were able to have a laugh but also stay safe and push me out my comfort zone. With her I passed my test first time with in 8 months of lessons. I would recommend Alison to anyone

Brilliant instructor. Lessons were fun and she explained everything in a friendly manner which calmed any nervous I had. Lesson times were flexible to fit in with my job. It was a great experience and I felt fully ready to do my test which I passed first time.

I had driving lessons with David Sherfield and it was amazing!

He was a great instructor, I was able to understand everything clearly and learn things quite quickly with him. He was always polite and kind and we had fun chatting during our lessons, he put me at ease for my driving test and was very accommodating for me to use his car for the test.

I would highly recommend him for someone that is looking for an extremely capable instructor and that wants to understand how to drive not just to pass the test!

Adam was an excellent driving instructor who took me from 0 driving experience to a 1st time pass (with only 1 fault) in a reasonable number of lessons. He's patient and describes things very well, the lessons were always enjoyable & I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to learn.

Taz was a top guy when I had my lessons with him. Properly easy to get on with, really excellent teaching, and he doesn’t charge like a wounded rhino either.

I had a great experience with Miss Kelly at Drive Johnson’s. She is kind, helpful and very patient. Thanks to her excellent teaching, I passed my driving test first time with no faults! I would definitely recommend her to anyone learning to drive. Highly recommended! 🚗👏

Super simple to book classes online and top up as needed. My instructor, Kelly was the best! She build my confidence and lots of tips along the way, finding a way to explain and improve my driving. Highly recommend

I had a great experience with my instructor Tahir, he is professional, has full knowledge of his job and public dealing experience.
