I had a great experience with the DriveTech course, especially thanks to my instructor, Doreen. She was very professional, attentive and made everyone feel comfortable participating throughout the session. She kept us engaged and focused, which made the course really enjoyable and valuable.
After almost 10 years of driving, I realised I had fallen into “automatic mode”. This course was a great refresh and completely changed the way I look at my driving. I became much more aware of my habits and realised there is always room to improve. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone who wants to refresh and improve their driving skills!

Very local, convenient location with good quiet place. A very informative lecturer and learned more awareness of road safety.

Informative course which was delivered in an engaging and interactive way by Roy. Roy used his own experience in his career to give extra contextual information and did a great job of delivering the content.

Welcoming & informative
Obviously I didn’t want to have to do a speed awareness course but I rather enjoyed my 3 hours in the classroom.
The instructors were friendly, funny welcoming & extremely knowledgeable. Having not read the Highway Code for over 40 years I now feel enlightened into the various speed limits & the signs to look out for

Very disappointing experience with DriveTech. The trainer had a very strong accent and a speech impediment, making him extremely difficult to understand. When I asked him twice to repeat himself, he became annoyed and removed me from the course.
Having seen similar reviews, I’m now left wondering whether removing people from courses and making them rebook is part of the business model. His attitude was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. A complete waste of my time and money. I would not recommend DriveTech.

Useful and informative. A good experience.

We were made welcome , the facility was comfortable and the facilities were good . The instructors were excellent , very knowledgeable , friendly and I left the course aware of what I hadn’t known or considered before

This was a well structured course excellently delivered by Heather.

Attended an online speed awareness course. A painless alternative to a fine and points. But also useful. You should come out of it a more aware and careful driver. Very well delivered with particularly well designed videos. The average level of knowledge and driving awareness of the attendees was horrifyingly low. Everybody should do one of these!

Attended speed awareness course. Far more engaging than I expected and I came away feeling much better informed from a compliance aspect,but also more self aware of what impacts poor driving behaviour. Very good tutor on MS Teams session maintained good pace whilst ensuring very interactive.

Don’t use this driver course company. Terrible instructor, talks to the group like you’re a bunch of delinquent elementary students. Several others to choose from. And the admin team are also terrible to deal with! Avoid Drivetech!!!

Great, non judgemental and interesting course.

I attended the Speed Awareness course via Teams which was lead by Ralph from the Merseyside area. Obviously it’s not something I really wanted to attend but I can honestly say it was very informative and the session was made fun by Ralph and the great group of people who attended the course. I learnt a few new things in the process too. Good luck for the future Ralph and thanks for the enjoyable experience.

Having recently completed a speed awareness course I would encourage anyone required by police to do this to take advantage of it. The instructors were very friendly yet professional, and it was an insight into road signage and safety to recap what you already knew , but due to ones circumstances become very slack when driving sometimes. It is thorough on different aspects of motoring and a good course to keep a driver updated.

I learned more than I expected, and found the trainer's friendly manner and interactions kept me engaged. The course will make me review the highway code, quite an achievement!
