Safe and Considerate driving course following an accident. The course was well structured informative and the driving element contained elements of further driving courses. I learnt a lot and it has given me the confidence to get back in the car. The trainer was excellent.

I was sleepless the night before the course, I have never been in a situation like I had at the end of March. I have spent months trying to fathom why my actions ended as they did.
The course leaders forensically gave me the emotional and practical tools to help me recover and move on safely from the incident. Tyres and tarmac, only a fool breaks the 2 second rule ! Green light if clear.
I did not feel patronised,they were calm, kind and firm. They know their stuff and gave a reassuring delivery ,a potent message and an environment where discussion was encouraged even if what was said was inaccurate gently but firmly corrected … thank you

I had a really positive speed awareness experience last week with drive tech after given the chance to do this instead of taking points. Manny and John made the education lighthearted but delivered firmly on what we should all be considering when on the road.

Excellent course, with great content including videos, which brought home to me the importance of keeping to the speed limit, and the impact of not sticking to it, traveling at 2-3 miles over the limit, how much longer it takes you to stop and the fallout from that, it’s not worth it

It was a speed awareness course and the option is take it or take 3 points on your licence. The Trainer was informative, straight forward and very easy to get along with. I was engaged the whole time. To be honest if you have the option of taking the course you do and this was a great course to learn.

attending a classroom based course is more useful than online - you have the other people to talk to and hear their views.

A very good course with some really insightful information around speeding and road injury statistics which will help to improve my driving.

The Speed awareness course which I attended in person, was informative. The Trainers on the day ( Heather & Phil) ensured it was interesting and informative. From my own viewpoint I preferred actually attending the course in person.
The ease of parking at the Venue (Holiday Inn Seaton Burn Northumberland) reduced any practical worries.

The trainers (Vicky and Chris) were extremely welcoming and made us all feel at ease immediately. The course was delivered very professionally but in a light hearted way. I think all drivers should be made to do refresher courses because we are all guilty of becoming complacent when driving and developing bad habits. It was good to understand the reasoning behind why speed limits and other traffic calming measures are set in certain areas because it makes you realise they are not there just to inconvenience you!

The Speed awareness course was extremely useful and expertly presented by experienced professionals. They explained why limits are set at the levels they are, the historical background, and why it is in the interest of everyone that they be observed.

The venue in Rainham Marshall way was excellent. It was very clean plenty of parking and had a nice cafe with hot food etc.
The trainers were exceptional . They were very friendly, professional and made the course very interesting by inviting the participants to engage and made the course go very fast .
I will recommend to ask for these particular trainers Gunes and Claire .

Due to my own fault I had to do a drivetech speed awareness course
Very informative and I found it extremely helpful

Highly recommend. Just speeding one mile an hour above the speed limit can make all the difference to an accidents outcome. Great refresher regarding road sign awareness and just how much I drive on automatic pilot!! Roy was the trainer who delivered an enjoyable and informative course. Thank you Roy. My driving awareness is so much better now.

Informative, educational and above all loved the human interaction with the host and other offenders

I learnt a lot more than I thought I would. and it was far less onerous than i was expecting, delivered as it was with a great deal of real-world humanity and a touch of humour, which sweetened the pill, so to speak. Certainly a far better alternative to points on ones driving icence!

After a speeding incident, I was offered the option of a speed awareness course as an alternative to a fine and points on my licence. I selected Drivetech. The course (online) was actually very informative. We were a small group and the trainer put us all at ease while professionally delivering the course and involving us all. It was actually an enjoyable experience
And the time flew by. Particular praise must go to the trainer who was brilliant.

A good course delivered by an expert who was calm, polite and delivered in an interesting manner. The course is a good refresher to drivers on speed and illustrates the issues of road safety.

An excellent well-paced course which makes you question your own frame of mind and concentration when driving.
It's a far better solution than points on your licence or being prosecuted.
