Always great quality and value, beautifully packaged

I have been using Parkers Wholesale for several years. The quality of their bulbs are excellent. My garden is full of thousands of bulbs supplied by Parker’s. Daffodils.. tulips.. alliums .. lilies including Goliath lilies.. I don’t buy from anyone else and would recommend without reservation. GWoods

Good products but very confusing for the buyer. They have 2 different websites one is considerably more expensive than the other
, because they are linked you are not sure which one you are purchasing from. I paid way more for some raspberry canes than I should have

The customer operative when I ordered was very patient (I had made a muddle!), polite and helpful. The order arrived on time and the bulbs looked in good order. They are now planted so fingers crossed!

In the past a lady has always refused to offer guidance or suggestions…sometimes quite abruptly. When we found what I wanted was already sold out this gentleman went out of his way and took time to suggest alternatives. I had been just not going to get anything. An excellent salesman for your company.

I placed an order for several hundred tulip and daffodil bulbs in October. All were shown as being in stock and delivery was meant to be within 21 days. Nothing had arrived after the 21 days so I got in touch to chase the order and received a rather condescending response saying 'These are live plants you know!'. I replied saying that if bulbs were supposedly in stock when I ordered I couldn't understand the delay. Eventually half of the order was dispatched, but the courier company (Yodel) were shockingly bad. They (allegedly) tried to deliver when our site was shut, then gave an afternoon delivery slot for the following day but failed to turn up. Two days after that they gave another slot which went into the period the site was shut. In desperation I waited at work, in the main reception, watching the live tracker get closer until (when it showed them to be a mile away) I got an email claiming they'd tried to deliver!! In exasperation I emailed Parkers demanding a refund - not expecting one. I just hoped it would be a kick up the backside to get my delivery to site, and perhaps they'd offer a partial refund as a goodwill gesture. Nope! They've recalled the parcel and claim they'll refund me. If I could give 0 stars I would!!

Wonderful plants and bulbs always well packaged and very reasonably priced

Nothing wrong with the bulbs or the packing. Excellent as ever.
The delivery driver was a muppet however (EVRI). He left the package in a farm outbuilding, on a neighbouring farm, half a mile away. We had to play detectives.
